After years of waiting we finally had the exterior of our house painted, we chose Jerry's Painting after he gave us a fair quote for dry rot repair, stucco patch work and painting all exterior surfaces. They finished the work today, led by Miles Goodwin. They did an outstanding job over 4 days of painting. We were indecisive on the paint colors and Jerry and his crew were patient with our process. Now that the paint is up and the stucco repaired, our house finally looks great from the outside. Miles tended to pulling old cable wires and patching stucco before painting. I initially called Jerry several months ago for a quote to paint the exterior of our house. The first time I called I received no call back. I chalked it up to en error and decided to call again. This time we make an appointment to meet to discuss the quote. Jerry showed up on time and was a very nice guy. He discussed the job, was friendly and personable. After a 45 minute assessment, he took my email and said he would follow up with a quote by the end of the week. Unfortunately that is where the interaction with Jerry stopped. Several months later, still no follow up. He never followed up with us and a quote was never received. It was a real waste of time. I did get several other local painters to provide a quote and followed up with a phone call to ensure I received it and to answer any questions I had--with no issues. Jerry was a complete flake and wasted my time. If he is not interested in providing quotes and gaining business, why even come out?! If this is any indication of how he runs his business, I would caution you to look elsewhere. Very disappointed.... read more

Horrible experience from start to finish in the interior of our house. The painters were messy and careless during the whole job. Jerry over booked and exceeded our deadline pushing our flooring install out. When they returned for touch up spilled stain in a high traffic area as well as dribbled white paint in multiple spots on our 30k floors and failed to clean it up before leaving. (This all after haven issue with the painters leaving messes and being messy during the whole job) After all that proceeded to charge the full 6k for the sloppy and unfinished job they did. Very disappointed and would not recommend this company. In response to Jerry below.. unfortunately that's not the experience we had. We have a professional floor company and many others in the neighborhood to witness..I'm glad you feel you can justify though. This Guys did a great job painting my house. They paid attention to the small details that really matter over time. They also painted my front door and security screen. They made sure to get in between the house and the metal screen to make sure that none of the old color could be seen (they did this without me even asking). The job took about three days and the painters where really nice and stayed away from my 1 year old sons room when he was napping. While we were out of town our next door neighbor' had their home painted. When we returned the following week, we noticed a lot of paint splotches on the side of our home, on a concrete walkway and on one of our new screens. The walkway didn't concern us as we planned to paint it anyway; the screen too was not really an issue. The house was! Our famous delta breezes caused the paint to fly! We later learned that both the painter AND our neighbor tried to contact us to let us know that this happened. We called Jerry Linscheid who politely and emphatically indicated that he "wanted to make it right"! He certainly did and very quickly too! We provided the house paint (left over from when the job had previously been done) and he purchased the exact color concrete paint for the walkway. It was a pleasure dealing with such an honest, friendly and efficient businessman. We will definitely remember him the next time we need a painting contractor. Hats off to Jerry's Painting! read more
