It started out with them power washing everything.. when I say everything I mean it, including our concrete, etc. Then they did their lengthy prep work. Their attention to detail is above all. We watched Marc's team paint our neighbor's house and were impressed with how careful they were. We asked for a quote since we had been wanting to paint our house. Marc's prices are very fair and reasonable. His team is very detailed (i.e. even covered our fences and some plants with tarps to protect from overspray). Marc went above and beyond when he replaced the threshold with some rot under our patio sliding door. It was a huge relief that I didn't need to do that myself or find someone else to do it. Whatever I write in this review will not be adequate to describe the awesome service and finished product that we received from Marc and his dad. They showed up on time, every time, and ALWAYS communicated with us every step of the way. This is so rare in today's world of contractors and service providers. They were meticulous in protecting, prepping and painting. Marc also did some repairs to stucco and drain and both are better than new. It's all good. We had the entire interior of our new home painted. From walls, to doors and trim, to high ceilings....and also to staining beams that others said couldn't even be done. Marc and Fred worked tirelessly, dealt with my constant curiosity well, and did great work. We just had Mark paint our great room and he did a fantastic job! Mark is very friendly and professional and was a breeze to work with. He brought all the paint samples to the house and let us choose which paint color we liked at our home. He even put some on the wall so that we could see what it look like in the room and with the different lighting. He was good at making suggestions on the paint color that we would like, what colors are popular, and colors that wouldn't go out of style too quickly. While he was painting he took down all of the lighting fixtures and didn't paint around them. What was really great was when he went to install our old lighting fixtures he offered to put up new stuff to save us the hassle of doing in ourselves down the road. He called me back within an hour when I left a message to request an initial quote. (I contacted 2 others for estimates. One of which is much less involved with each project and does not work on the site. The other, didn't call me back for 3 week days which made a poor impression.) My wife and I bought our house last year, and the exterior needed a new paint job (house was built in 1989 and still had the original paint which looked like it was coming off).
