No creepy techs, no ulterior motives, just people who care about you and genuinely want you to get better. In the world of rehabs, many of which are shady, this place was 10/10, and Ashley was so so sweet and attentive. For someone with such experience and expertise, she's extremely down-to-earth and approachable. I came to Dr. Vause at a time of change in my life (at work, with family, and in my relationships), and my stress was surging. My depression and anxiety levels were becoming hard to manage, and I was turning to drugs and alcohol to cope. Dr. Vause helped me get through it. In addition to counseling, she guided me through some challenging but needed adjustments to my medication regimen. Every med suggestion was explained clearly, Dr. Vause answered all of my questions, and I knew what to expect in terms of effects and side-effects. I never felt as if pills were just being pushed my way; she really wanted me to participate in my own treatment and understand her reasoning. In addition to the excellent medication recommendations and adjustments, she is a wonderful therapist. Since seeing her, I have felt much better, and have experienced real improvements in my life. I asked for a referral (virtually every doctor has at least one other doctor they refer patients to) but she had NONE. She seemed completely unapologetic and I felt like I was simply wasting her time and she just wanted me to hang up. Obviously since she has no openings for new clients there is no harm to her business by posting this...only saving others from wasting their time. I am suicidal and need a doctor asap. But I don't need a doctor that lacks compassion and has no interest to help unless you happen to be an existing patient.

However, they treated me very poorly due to a water dilluted UA, and immediately had me pack everything i own and find somewhere to sleep after midnight on a saturday... I had to pay for a hotel for two nights with money I don't have because i'm new to the valley and didn't have anywhere to sleep that night due to moving there from out of town. I WASNT EVEN OFFERED TO GO TO DETOX! even though their website states that they would refer a client to somewhere else. They lied to my PHP program saying I had cocaine in my system and when i asked that program for proof of thag, they said "i was just told it was confirmed positive." The whole reason they threw me to the curb was because my UA was all negatives. They say honesty is the best policy but when I was honest, I was treated like trash and thrown to the curb along with all my belongings, rather than "working with me if I was honest".

Most of their staff are family members and completely underqualified and speak little to no English, every two weeks the person who runs groups would quit or be fired so many days there was just nothing going on or any program, I became friends with one of the staff members and they told me all of the scams and fake billing they do, they bribe and pay people to relapse so that they can get the $10,000 for a few days to detox them, their whole entire sober living everybody was getting high, when I told them that this was so wrong and I was leaving they just prescribed me a ridiculous amount of Xanax which is my drug of choice and opiates and just let me chain smoke and get high next to the pool and not go to groups and order food on their doordash. They don't care about recovery they just care about money
