My experiences with Austin and Matt especially have been second to none. They are dudes who love all things moto and just solid guys! The next thing is price. Everyone who rides knows how expensive this addiction that is all things dirtbikes is. These guys have extremely fair prices and do everything they possibly can for you!! With me running a business myself it is VERY hard to impress me, as I hold my people to such a high standard. I can tell you, I am blown away constantly by AEO and their staff. Don't recommend, couldn't do a simple tube change in a small dirt bike with over 24 hour notice. It takes 5 minutes to replace a tube when I was going to drop off just the rim. read more

While the wait took longer than I would have preferred, that's because they're a great shop that does good work. I'm fairly new to the sport of dirt bikes, but have had other toys. This is the 3rd motorcycle shop I've tried. The first overcharged me because I was inexperienced. The second wouldn't help me because they wanted to sell new equipment. AEO was recommended by a friend, and I'll keep coming back. Honest and fair. Told me what I needed, and maybe even more importantly, what I didn't. They are great I bought a fx450 from them? I'm very happy with the bike and more happy with the customer service they provide, I've been in before for little things and have been great interaction so I thought to look at new bikes there, I'm happy I did, very informative not pushy on the product , I will buy from here again and again, side note a kid was missing around with a little electric bike in there , you could tell he wouldn't have been , Austin I believe was the name just st said hey buddy can you help me put that over here and they put it back together, if it were me I would have been much more aggressive on kids messing with things they shouldn't but they weren't , they found a way to be cool, good job over there!!! read more

If you're looking for a Husqvarna bike, you don't have many choices on this side of town. They've got a great selection of bikes, but I'll say they're support after the purchase is disgraceful. I bought a brand new Husky 701 Enduro and paid cash. Within a few days I noticed the Neutral indicator light wasn't working. I brought the bike in within a few weeks to get it checked out and was told it would be warrantied. Months later and I never heard back, followed up and no phone call back on next steps. Finally followed up again and was told to bring it in again for pics. What an inconvenience for a silly light. You're gonna pay top dollar for a bike, just don't expect top dollar support from AEO or Husqvarna for that matter. Thinking I should have bought the KTM version from RideNow as I suspect they may be held more accountable. I'm following up with Husqvarna Corporate tomorrow to provide feedback. read more
