Brought a 2018 ninja 650 told me he was busy and it would take a week or so to look at. Had it looked at quicker, assessed and fixed my problems with haste getting me back in the road quickly and to my knowledge a very reasonable price. Took my 2007 ZZR600 into their shop after having it shipped from a dealership in Ohio. The guys checked everything from tires, carbs, air filter etc. and gave a me a list of things needed to be done in order to get the bike running smooth, as well as a list of things to keep an eye on in the next couple thousand miles (it only had 2,000 miles for an '07). Got the bike back within a week, took it for a ride and it was ran smooth. Went back a week later to check on the rough start and idle and they gave me some tips to get it started in different conditions and pointed out the idle adjustment knob. Overall recommend to anyone that needs a fairly quick turn around. read more

Awesome service and prices- Was recommended by my car mechanic to come to these guys, they've worked on my cbr600 and now my R1 and not only did scott get the full overhaul done for less than what I expected but they went above and beyond in the details. I had her oil changed, breaks done, battery, chain sprockets, clutch bushings, fork seals, and I'm pretty sure he Dyno'd , and cleaned my fuel system because I was getting cleaner power after the fix. he not only did the work I asked for but even some odds and ends he saw along the way. This guy is a crook. The owner Scott will tell you repeatedly that he is an honest man,all the while talking about how he has so many customer's bikes who have not paid him. I took my sons quad so that it can be repaired but he never once called me to let me know what needed to be done to it. Every time I called him he told me he had to put it to the side for another customer that he needed to finish up and after six weeks he tried to charge me $1500 to have the top end and the crank repaired on an LT 80. I don't know what his mechanic skills are like but his customer service is garbage. I highly recommend you go elsewhere read more

Ok here is the deal with Hi Output they are great for the small basic stuff but not so hot when it comes to big jobs like rebuilds or major repairs. I personally have only had good experiences there but mine have been limited to getting tires and bike grips. I know numerous people who haven't had a problem for things like tires, chain and sprocket, oil change, spark plugs and the like. A select few though have had problems with them when having a bike rebuilt after an accident, needing motor work done, getting dyno tuned and such have gone horribly wrong and sworn the place off. I like it because for tires they are pretty cheap on both tire price and on the install. Also when i got new grips here they put them on free of charge. Scott will work with you on prices for parts too and can get some decent deals. I continue to go back for the basics because i haven't had a problem but if i needed major work I would probably look elsewhere. Places like SVC might be a better option for the major stuff but Hi Output has earned my repeat business. read more

These guys are awesome. They have great prices and always get the work done fast. I am a newer rider and they are always really patient with me. They answer all of my questions, and don't make me feel like an idiot for asking. They're always joking around and having a good time so every visit is an adventure. The best part about this place is that they are honest. There have been many situations over the last year where stuff has come up, or I've had questions, and I always feel like I get an honest answer. This is something that can't be over valued. I've heard the owner, Scott, tell people many times that he doesn't throw parts at a problem. They want to make sure they understand what the issue is, and fix it right the first time. STAY AWAY FROM HI OUTPUT MOTORSPORTS!!! I came to this place because it was highly recommended by plenty of riders plus he was local and had good reviews. I came in originally for a flash and dyno tune super excited to unlock the bikes power and top end i dropped it off on a friday afternoon and was running late due to traffic so i called scott the shop owner and let him know i was running late and he said no worries ill wait for you. All i thought was man what a cool guy so i get there and he also recommended an oil change and tapped into my seat bolt which i had stripped i was like heck yea these guys are dope! So i figured he'd call the next day or maybe explain to me what exactly he does as a flash and dyno or even ask what i wanted done exactly. Nope i received a call the next day informing me the bike was ready i was like heck yea these guys are great. So i get there pick up the bike and i was on my way but on my way home the bike did feel different but not the different i was expecting. Later on i took the bike for a test run and i didnt feel a gain in power so i ran it a few more times and felt the same so i called scott the next day and let him know i didn't feel a power gain i actually felt like i lost power. He told me my perception on the new power was wrong and these were his words "either im a liar, my dyno doesn't work or your perception is wrong its your perception look up tge definition of perception in the dictionary" i know what perception is i dont need to look it up in the dictionary i said So he told me to bring it in and he would put it back on the dyno i said ok cool. Took it by the next day and the results were the same so i told him i was not happy with the outcome of my bike so i asked if he could unflash and put it back the way it was since i was happier before i dropped it off originally he said you're not getting any Money back i said i dont want money back i just want my bike back to its original state. He looked me in the eye and said yea i can do it if you want to be a c***sucker! I was shocked and confused as to why this business owner with good reviews had just insulted me and when i asked him why he had just done that he stood up and proceeded to get in my face so i backed up and said nah bro im not doing this with you in here so he proceeded to walk around the counter unbuttoning his mechanic shirt eyes locked on me with so much rage and i told him im not fighting you over this and i walked out! I dont recommend anyone to cone here this guy has poor customer service does not know how to run a business and has rage issues STAY AWAY FROM HI OUTPUT!!! Hard to find a good mechanic shop these days. Scott is always open and honest about work that needs to be done and always sticks to the quotes that he gives you. If he's a little backed up and it's gonna take a while, he will also let you know up front. Scott never reccomends work that doesn't need to be completed. The most amazing shop in the valley. Scott is the only person I let work on my bikes. I have been in the valley for 10 years and once I found hi output I was sold. the best prices the fastest service and guaranteed work. I have never had a problem with anything they have fixed. The crew is always joking and having a good time. If you have questions ask they answer all of them without making you feel bad for asking even if you are an experienced Rider and ask a question you should know the answer to they are very helpful and honest. They will rib you a bit once they get to know you but that is part of the appeal. Great hard working honest people. A great work ethic and fantastic prices . Bike always returned with missing body bolts, scratched rims, Coter pin not bent over front wheel nut, erratic idle after valve adjustment or any other carb work, dropped while in possesion. Al denied by owner yet it happened. Work performed on time and reasonabily priced. I will not return. Inspect your bike carfully upon completed work for surprises!! read more

Basically Hi Output installed my tires and failed to check the valve stems that were obviously cracked in multiple places.so the result of this, getting a flat tire for a bad valve stem. This here is poor service and laziness. I will never ever be going back to this shop in my life, nor will i ever reccomend it. Dont go here, they do not check things thorouhgly, they just want their money and dont care about your safety or your bike. I am very disapointed in how this shop does business. read more

I have personally dropped off two bikes with them to be fixed so this is not just a one time thing. The first bike was a valve job and it took him over two weeks to complete the job. The second job was to have the forks and triple tree sent off to be aligned and it took him almost four weeks. Not only did the service take forever the price was outrageous. I had asked for my headlights to be looked at as well and not only did he not do what i had said he charged me for his mix up!! I will never take another bike to them and discourage anyone from going to Scott for anything. read more

My experience was not a positive one like the other reviews I read before taking bike here. When I called to describe the problem with the bike (starts and idles fine but tries to die when giving throttle) was told that based on how/when the problem 1st manifested, sounded more like a fuel pump and/or filter then a carb issue. But in fairness was also told they would have to see the bike and do a diagnostic to better identify the problem, which is what I would expect from any reputable shop. Brought bike in and it took them a few days longer than I was told it would take to do the diagnostic. When stopped by shop to find out what they determined, was given a list of general service/maintenance items...but nothing about the problem they were asked to diagnose. When asked what they were able to determine about the problem they were supposed to be checking on, was told they had not looked into that problem. When asked mechanic again about the rev problem, was told they had to ride the bike to check that problem and that bike was "unsafe to ride" without new tires, which they not surprisingly wanted to sell/install. BTW, the bike could use new tires, but that should have been another issues for another day and certainly not a prerequisite to diagnosing a problem that manifests in neutral when bike is on kickstand. At that point started bike in parking lot for the mechanic and showed what bike does when it's revved. FWIW, that mechanic, who was not told how the problem 1st manifested said "it could be" a carb issue, but could not tell without riding the bike. Bike is back home and I need to find a decent shop. read more
