I called service dept Saturday to see if they'd recommend someone to work on a 2004 Harley. Husband drove his Harley there Sunday, with I followed in his truck, only to be told they have too many bikes and we should bring it on Friday. Service advisor said he didn't say that (which was a lie), and we could leave it IF we really had to, and he pointed at the 3 bikes by the service desk & stated they are overflow. Damage & first impression was already done. Bloody knuckles told my husband to drop his bike off anytime, and they're 2 weeks out. Guess which business was more inviting and accommodating? Superstition Harley, you can do better! I'd imagine you had 3 over flows, but they'd be moved next business day as bikes get fixed. It seems as if you don't really want the business.

The bad: Not off Ellsworth, but rather off Rittenhouse which is not a frequently travelled road for most. It's been open for ten months and I just now noticed it. As you can tell this is the first review since it opened, so they are not exactly hopping. Limited parking. Side note: This is the smallest Cycle Gear I've ever been in. It's about half the size of the other stores, so selections on gear may be limited. In summary: I love Cycle Gear and I will definitely be back here as I buy all my helmets and riding gear from them, but it's a small store tucked out of the way. If you don't know it's here you can easily miss it.

Helmets are especially important to try on before buying as they not only differ in size but head shape. Find the helmet, googles, gloves etc online and you will always get "not available at this store" message. if you wear glasses and need googles that fit over them Scott's OTG split googles have the best ratings but "Not available at this store". You're better off going to a dealer and paying more because at least they have it available to try on.

Kelly's is a wondrous place, full of that new motorcycle smell that enters the blood stream as soon as you walk in and take a breath, bathing you in happiness. Their sales staff are low key which is nice as nobody likes to be dogged around a showroom floor. They have an amazing selection of motorcycles too, everything from Kawa's to Triumphs and Ducatis. Royal Enfield's are in abundance as well. I've never used their service department so I can't speak to that, but they have a pretty solid parts department. I'm a big fan of Japanese bikes. So having a place that doesn't start with Ride Now or Harley is my own private paradise.

Charlie kept me up to date throughout the whole day up until they were closing. I wasn't in a hurry so we just pushed it to the next day (plus I didn't wanna ride home in the rain). Got there the next day and Charlie had the bike all prepped and ready to roll. Introduced me to the mechanic and it was just an amazing experience. Showed me a couple new things with the bike since I mentioned my last bike was an 08. If you are buying a Kawasaki this is the only choice. No rush, no pushing, no hassle and just great service. I just called to get tires mounted on a honda ruckus i bought here. They want $60 per wheel to…read moremount and supposedly balance 10" tires on loose wheels. These wheels don't get balanced because the bike only goes 35mph and are not balanced from the factory. Nash disagrees and insisted on charging $60 per tire to mount/balance. Ill take them to ride now in gilbert for $30 per tire to mount. This has left a bad taste in my mouth considering my car tires are $40 per wheel to mount and actually balance. I Dont think ill consider Nash anymore for service or vehicle purchases.
