These guys have a chill, great demeanor and a good selection of various parts. They specialize in dirt bike merchandise, but I went in there for a set of 1 1/2" handlebars, some new grips, and bar ends and they had what I needed. I discovered them on EBay and then found they were just a couple miles down the street from my place. I bought a universal clamp as well for the new mounting but it didn't fit my unique Z1000 clamp and when I went back in there a few weeks later without my receipt, they had put me in their computer system so I was able to still return it which was a relief. I give one star. Four months ago I asked the cashier about trades. He said no. Two weeks ago I asked the cashier about set up my new bike. He said " umm I don't know. I'll ask the owner" so, I gave him my cell phone number. Next day, he didn't call. About 5 months ago I emailed the owner for buy my used bike. Next day, he emailed me and said " not interested " I was like wtf? I saw used bikes stand by the door outside. I will not go there again. read more

My son and husband drop off his 450 honda bike for diag....they then call my minor son and tell him that they need to tear it down to find the problem....my son, not knowing better days okay. Mind you...the bike ran just made a bad noise when the wheel spun....so then they email him an estimate for $4k.....let that sink in.....then when we said no we will come get the bike...they proceed to tell us that they CAN'T put it back together with bad parts, they will box it up and give it to us!!! Oh he'll No! They tried to force/scare us into fixing it ....something.....maybe that's a tactic that has worked for them in the past....not sure.....If I wanted to replace EVERY part in the engine....I would have done so myself (I am a mechanic)!!! I work a lot.....just wanted a simply diag....then fix it...they give us 2 pages of parts!!! What in the he'll does my son's seat have to do with why there is a noise when the wheel spins???!!!! These now a day "techs"....they are just part replacers.....if they replace EVERYTHING then obviously it will work right. When I told them that I wanted my bike back the same way I brought it to them- he said he had to think about it and will call me back!!!! So just to let them know how upset I was - I went down there. They literally just kept saying that they can't put it back together with bad parts, then they tried the "its dangerous, what if he gets on and rides it" and my reply was when we pick it up- you write NO REPAIRS DONE and sign it....just like I do with veg that customers can't afford to fix and come to get. I sure as he'll don't say that I'm giving your vehicle back in pieces in a box....NO! NEVER in my life have I ever experienced that kind of technique!!! Several people have told me that I should sue....and I'm starting to think I should. I played $174 to get my sons back...they did NOT diagnosis anything..they gave me a parts list of all the internals and the seat foam. WOW!!! Never again!!! The only thing I can think of is all the different quads and motorcycles that we have brought to they in the past....maybe they think we are made of money....I don't know about you....but I work and live pay check to pay check like the rest of America! I and all of my friends will never go to this business again!! If you chose to- make sure and ask them what happens if you don't do the repair there.... So a week later I get it to another repair shop and they inform me that everything is seized up.....nothing spins that should.....that they ducked it up....probably on purpose-because we wouldn't fall for their billing tactics!!!! I'm going to get a lawyer now!!!! read more
