Not sure what happened but service has gone down hill. Back in the day the service department was for the customer. It no longer looks that way. I took my bike in to get serviced under my plan and also get a new tire. They called me up to let me know that I needed a new air filter. I was like sure sounds good but didn't know they were going to charge me 82.50 for a two second job. I asked why and all they said is we have to pay are tech. If they told me I was going to have to pay 82.50 I would have never agreed. I would of taken two seconds out of my day to put in a new air filter. I would not recommend Scorpion Harley to anyone. I almost didn't come here looking for a motorcycle after I arrived on a Sunday because they were closed. Come to find out, they're closed on Mondays also. So I went to look at Indian motorcycles, which I fell in love with. I was set on a new 2025 Indian Scout Bobber. But I decided to wait until Tuesday when the Harley dealership opened so I could look at the Softails. Well I'm glad I did! I saw a 2022 HD Softail with only 4500 miles on it and they slashed the price by $4000.00. Someone else was looking at it. So I grabbed a salesman Aaron right away and told him I was interested in the bike. He grabbed the Finance Guy to put together a deal after I told him what I was willing to put down. He returned with an offer (monthly payments more than what I thought was reasonable) I was slightly unhappy with considering my down payment and length of the loan I wanted. He went back and returned with terms I was willing to agree to. So the negotiation process was quick. No haggling back and forth for hours. I am now the proud owner of my second Harley! The only problem I have with the bike so far is the forks won't lock with the key they gave me. So they ordered a new one and I am currently waiting for it to arrive. Found a Road Glide I was interested in online at Scorpion HD. Left work at noon on Sunday, April 26,2026, and drove from Casa Grande to Scorpion HD. I walked into the dealership and started looking around for the used Road Glide I was interested in. I walked from one end of the showroom to the other at least 3 times. I couldn't find it, so I looked around for an employee to ask. The first employee, whom I believed to a salesman, was engaged in conversation with a customer. The second employee I saw was in the clothing department and had just started chatting with a customer. The third employee was sitting behind the parts counter and a customer walked up to ask a question. I saw an employee emerge from the back and head towards the sales offices so I went to see if I could talk with him, but he had a customer waiting in a cubicle. So, I stood, leaning against a motorcycle, waiting for someone to break free and acknowledge me. A fifth and sixth employee came from the service area and one of them stopped at a motorcycle just in front of me. The fourth employee came over and engaged them. They discussed the route he was going to ride the motorcycle out. The sixth employee took off to open a door. As the fifth employee started riding away the fourth employee stood mere feet away from me with his back to me. I politely said, "Excuse me". He never turned and right after I said it the fifth employee stopped the motorcycle and motioned the fourth employee over and he took off. So, I stood there and waited. A short time later a seventh employee emerged from the offices and rushed to the bathroom. When he came back, I could tell by the way he was walking that he had no intention and asking me if I needed help. So, I engaged him and asked where their used bikes were while showing him a pic of the one I wanted to look at. He pointed to where I had been several times already. He then stopped the fourth employee as he was walking by and asked if he knew where it was. The fourth employee stated it had sold two days prior. I then walked out. It's pretty amazing at how many times I walked around that showroom and no one even attempted to engage me. Definitely will be looking elsewhere for a Harley. read more

Chad (GM) you need to get your s*** together. I've purchased 2 bikes and spent $ thousands of dollars in parts AND service over the years. You've always been difficult to deal with, long term paying customers are clearly not your concern. Your people are quite vocal about the changes you and the owner us making, it's not. It took me over 45 minutes this weekend to return three parts and when they finished the 1st time the amount was incorrect so I had to wait around for a do over. Turnover - just look at how many of your employees parts and service gave quit I the last 6 months. Sad state of affairs at Scorpion. I recommend new customers avoid this dealership. Once the sales guys and I agreed to the price of the bike then he had the Gm come on the phone "Danny Boy" and tell me he Could not sell me the bike at that price because it cost him $3,200 (referring to HD corporate offer for. 0% finance for 7 month) so he tried to charge me more to use HD finance offer. Why do people even still buy a Harley-Davidsons? On top of being overpriced, and outdated, every single Harley dealership I've ever been into without a single exception gives off "sleazy used car dealer" vibes the second you walk in. My uncle rode Harley's and my dad always wanted one so there is some sentimental value there for me. I could be a potential customer. However, I will never own one if for no other reason than the fact that dealing with the people who sell them is a nightmare. The same story for my friend who went in to talk about a used motorcycle they had listed for $12,500. His dad is a Harley guy and we have both always wanted one. However, just like with me, he is shying away from ever setting foot into one of their dealerships again. Let's start with the little bait and switch they pulled. The motorcycle he saw on the dealership floor wasn't the same as the picture online. They had apparently taken off some of the accessories. When he started to talk about price they immediately wanted to run his credit and he had to tell them "not until we ironed out the price." Then, they tried to tack on almost $3000 in ridiculous fees including a $600 doc fee (which is such a scam that it's legally capped in the state of California). For a used motorcycle that they had listed for $12,500, they wanted almost $16,500 out the door. I just bought a brand new 2024 Suzuki GSXS1000 which has an MSRP of somewhere around $11,700. So a brand new bike $800 less than what they were asking at this Harley dealership for a used motorcycle and my out the door price was $12,900 in a state (CA) and county (LA) with a 10.25% sales tax. Absolutely ridiculous. Harley needs to start doing better if they don't want to be bankrupt in 10 years. As it is, I don't know why anybody still buys them because I never will read more

I went into Scorpion HD this week to buy a leather jacket. I was greeted by two friendly ladies, Cora and Hannah, who were incredibly helpful. They showed me multiple jackets and various sizes, and also showed me a jacket that had been marked down by 50%. I wound up going home to think about it, and they held one jacket for me overnight until I came back to do another fitting. I wound up buying the jacket that was marked down and couldn't be happier. Southern Cal has lost "one of the Best" and Chandler Harley (Scorpion) has "acquired the Best" in Edwin! (Parts Manager) We've been coming over from Southern Cal visiting parents for over 20+ years and Chandler HD has always been a visit/hang. We've always enjoyed the "You are Family" vibe with the Salesman, Motorclothes and Parts at Chandler HD. We've known Edwin for years from a HD Dealership in Southern Cal and now that He's at Scorpion.....maybe we'll need to move over to AZ. Edwin's crew in parts are awesome! Alexis and his sideman (didn't catch His name) know how to treat/listen to customers! Update on my experience with Chandler HD Service Department. I followed up with the service manager Mike and this guy was terrific! He didn't waste a single minute of my time with excuses and attentively listened to my concerns. I was promised a real good deal on my next set of tires (which I will take) and he even threw in an oil change. Now here is the cool part...not one second did he make me feel like I was asking for anything or if he wanted to cover for the poor experience. I really do appreciate the excellent customer service received by the Chandler HD service manager Mike. Like I stated before he listened, didn't take my concerns as complaints and took care of my repair needs with respect and value to the customer. had a 2023 Softail Heritage for $11,800 did the financing application, got my APR and leanth of loan, come to singh papers, they added an additional $4,000 in Doc Fees, Battery for life fees, Maintenace and Care fees ....ECT. that had nothing to do with the sale Price, TTL and APR brought the bike back to 16K, they told me they had to charge these fees cause the bike was ON SALE, but that's the retail price on a Used 2023 with 14k miles. Kiana, Danny, Carl, and the rest of the staff were extremely professional and helpful in trading in my old bike and I left with a very fair deal for my new bike. Can't recommend them highly enough for taking the time to take care of an on the fence buyer. Taking the bike out for a test ride was easy going, offered me a helmet to use, and the guy who tagged along made sure to see if I was okay on the bike, which is great especially if you're a newer rider or not used to hopping different bikes and riding. Day after I bought it I lost the key fob, and the techs were speedy and friendly in replacing and programming a new fob. Thanks again guys! read more

After dealing with Chandler HD for many years since before the dealership was built and they were in a industrial area and after dealing with m Sales person Mandy like a friend I am truly disappointed in the quality of service in the service dept my oil filter was crossed threaded on and disappointed in the amount of things that could have been done under warranty when I scheduled a inspection before the Warranty expired they could not fit me in Even when I had a scheduled appointment So I spoke with Nick the service manager And explains because he was not knowledgeable Of my amount of mechanical expertise He was blaming me for cross threaded filter Then calls me back 20 minutes later Saying a mechanic had a used one in his tool box he would give me and that adapter piece was made of hardened steel and impossible for it That too happen that was a slap in the face Chandler Harley Davidson was the only People who have touched my bike and Now they never will read more

I have had three horrible experiences with Chandler Harley Davidson. The first one was five years ago, the last one was about a year ago, and the most recent one was last month. I purchased a Harley Davidson from Tucson Harley Davidson. It had a little bit of trouble with the navigation unit. They recommended I go to Chandler Harley Davidson because it is a sister store. I contacted them and they set an appointment for me to come over to get the radio flashed to see if it would fix the navigation system. They did flash it for me, which only took 15 minutes. I left the store and within three minutes of my drive home, The navigation system was completely screwed up again. I called them when I got home, and left a message for my service advisor. I continued to call him every day for four days, leaving messages, and speaking with other service people to have him call me. It has been about three weeks and nobody has bothered to call me back. This is the most unprofessional "service "department I have ever dealt with in my entire life. They give Harley Davidson a bad name. In my previous experience with them several years ago, I purchased ape hanger bars, chrome, switch, housings, steel, braided cables, and wiring harnesses, to have my bars switched out. Because I didn't have $3000 to do it all at once, I went in and made a plan with a Parts person to buy a little bit at a time. It took me about a month to come up with all the money to purchase all the parts. I then set an appointment with the service department to have the bars done. I dropped the bike off to have the bars done, I did not hear from them for almost 2 weeks. When I called them to find out the progress on the bike, they told me that they had to order all new parts because I bought the wrong ones. This, was completely false, they only told me that because they had overbooked in service and couldn't follow through with their commitment to finish the bars within a few days. Very dishonest, placing blame on customers! Never again! read more

So I bought a bike here (21 road glide special) back in april and due to medical reasons I had to trade it in for car a couple months Later, Carl and Daniel have always been great to me and I always bought all my bikes from them. Well yesterday I went in to trade in a softail I had for a road glide again so when I can ride my wife and I have something nice, these people are absolutely amazing, they went above and beyond for me, even surprising me with mine and my wife's favorite CVO seat in the end, which was the same seat they gave me last time that I lost when I traded my bike in. These people are genuine, caring and honest. I have bought multiple 8+ motorcycles from them used/new and I always trust them! There parts department and service department is top notch as well! Josh, and Danny in parts and mike in service are great people! I dealt Todd today which was my first time working with him and he was really fantastic and a nice guy! I just purchased a new Harley Davidson Motorcycle at this dealership and my experience over all was excellent. I live in El Paso Tx and could not find the bike I was looking for in town or anywhere else for that matter. Happen to visit Chandler Harley website and found the bike. I filled out and submitted an online questionnaire and literally got a call from Carlos 2 minutes later. He advised me to submit online credit application to get the buying process started if I really wanted the bike because bikes are selling fast right now. Received a call the day after with the good news , I pasted the credit App, worked out a good deal with Josh on the bike and started making plans to pickup the bike. When I reached the dealership the staff was amazing and helped me through the pickup process. Staff was great and explained all the bike features. I received a call two weeks later when the keys showed up saying my keys were in they just needed me to bring in my bike! I had to tell THEM THAT THEY HAD MY BIKE! how the heck you lose track of a bike I don't know. Then I didn't hear back from them until March 2022 because I called the GM and said where in the hell is my bike.
