Did not spray around whole perimeter outside, would not tell me what he sprayed (I have cats) Ot sure why idiot management company (YES communities) would hire people who don't SEAL rodent entries. I've been using Eric for over 20 years. The service people are wonderful. They're clean they're thoughtful and terrific I called to ask about re-spraying for bugd that I have. Tim did a fine and Professional job. He informed me on what was going on and was very diligent and conscientious. On the other hand, I'll complain about your website, as the stars are highlighted in yellow, which on my computer barely shows up. My suggestion is to use a darker color so they highlight the stars clearly. I signed up for two visits and not for ongoing service. I had ants and spiders in my house and applied to several companies that I found on Google. Now I understand that Aerex was the right choice. Cori Smith responded by email right away, and I've contacted her a few times since then, and she's always been in touch and answered all my questions thoroughly. Bob Moloznik is a precious old-school professional. During the first visit, he thoroughly checked my house for insects from the attic to the basement and outside of the house. Our main problem, as I said, was the ants and spiders, and when they didn't disappear completely the first time, he came again at no additional cost. Since then, I have not seen a single ant in my house. I will definitely contact Aerex for service next year. From what I've heard from other people about their persistent bug problems even after the pest control service, I consider myself very lucky to have found Aerex. Had a terrific experience with Aerex. On the initial call (unlike Orkin, Terminex) instead of trying to sell me a year's worth of services, they wanted to understand and diaginos the problem (bettles in a rental property). They did so. They showed up as scheduled and they solved the problem. They were also very reasonably priced. Across the board excellent experience with them. I've been using Aerex for over twenty years. I thought they were great. I needed them, they came. I have a yearly contract for wasp, bee, and hornet spray, mosquito spray, and twice yearly inside and outside general bug spray. Their technicians are awesome. Professional, courteous, on time, and good at answering questions. Their office staff and company policy? Not so much. I'm in the process of purchasing a new home. The inspectors found evidence of wasp nests in the dryer vents. Unfortunately, the dryer vents are located on the roof. I called Aerex this morning to set up an appointment to have them deal with the nests in the dryer vents after I close on the house. As soon as she heard "roof," she said, "We don't go up on the roof." I was shocked. I said, "But then how do I get rid of the wasp nests?" Her response? "It's our company policy. We don't go up on roofs. It's a liability. You can try calling another company." More than twenty years of contracting with this company and this is their response to a long time customer? Really? Well I called another company and they're perfectly willing to get up on the roof to not only kill the nests if they're active, but remove the nests (something else Aerex has never been willing to do), AND they said they will cap the vents or put the necessary guards in to prevent re-infestation. Are they going to cost more? Probably. Am I worried about it? No. Why? Because they're willing to do what Aerex is refusing to do. I am going to be seriously reconsidering renewing my contract next year for the new house. If this new company works out and they do what they claim they can do, I will probably contract with them from now on. What's the point of calling yourself a pest control service if you refuse to come out and deal with the pests; no matter where on or in the house they are!? THIS IS YOUR JOB! Nice respectful technicians. I rarely if ever see a bug after the house has been sprayed. Also use them every year for wasps. Impossible to sit outside with out having them spray the outside of the house each year. read more
