I've always had a great experience with all the Aerex workers who have come to the house. We started using them because we found about 15 mice in our wall last year and were terrified of that ever happening again (we've been mice free for the last year!) They have always been professional and knowledgable, but this last one in particular went above and beyond, so he deserves a shout out. I wasn't home when he arrived and my husband was in a work meeting in his home office, so he couldn't let him in! I ended up giving him the garage code and he let himself in and did the job. We have two dogs that are larger, too, but jake was able to get in, let the dogs in the yard and spray the place without interrupting the meeting, and even let the dogs back in before leaving!!! Noon rolls around they let us know they would be 45 minutes late. Nah you are 3 hours and 45 minutes late. This was a comeback so they didnt give a shit. read more
