Sounds like a good idea but when it's crowded your child can't even see above the adult heads. The music selection was great (Xmas theme, live signing Santa, ballerinas) but my son (20 months) was just too young for it and it was too crowded. Afterwards we tried to converse with a few musicians but they were too preoccupied with preventing kids touching their instruments to really talk to us. The program boasts "hands on" and learning for the kids but it really depends on the musician that's performing that day. Very little room...anytime someone needed to get to the aisle you had to get up out of your seat. I did however appreciate that there was English translation scrolling way above the stage & in the seat-backs in front of everyone's seat. The opera house itself was very pretty with interesting architecture lines. The opera was really good. Beautiful singing voices, great acting, interesting props & scenery and gorgeous costumes. Last but not least were the wonderful musicians in the orchestra. Most patrons dressed up, some were very dressy & wore tuxes & cocktail dresses. The staff were super friendly & helpful as well. It was a fun evening!

That creates a very small space for the people next to each other to put their legs. I was in seat C13, hubby was in C12 and the 6ft. tall lady in C11 had to vie for leg room. I believe the seats are original to the theater. My seat was lumpy and not at all comfortable. It was directly behind the seat in front of me so I had to lean to the side to see the stage. That said, the building has a very interesting history. It was originally built in the 1920's as the Town Hall for Littleton. A fire truck was kept in what's now the lobby and there was a jail in the basement. The whole building has a historical feel. The staff was friendly and welcoming and their production of Avenue Q was excellent. Parking is along Main Street which could be a challenge so I recommend arriving early.

When your child has completed all the skills for a level, they graduate, which is exciting! We feel like the coaches know the curriculum and our son is learning a lot. It's warm for swimming any time of the year. This dad of a 7-year-old boy recommends it! Also, they offer private lessons, which are great for focused instruction.

It's inconsistent teaching styles and that's really not how teaching swimming to children should be - consistency is key! I'm sure there are some teachers there who are a bit older or who genuinely care and try their best, but most of them I've seen are in high school and are eager to be done with the lesson each and every time, blatantly disinterested and not present. The lack of engagement is outrageous for how much you pay for enrollment. We had one instructor Leila,who spent the entire 30 minute lesson talking to a friend and misgendering my child, not looking at her or my husband once. Just watch a YouTube video to learn some basics and do it consistently with your child at a public pool. Don't give aqua tots your money, they don't deserve it. When you calculate how much you pay and how much their instructors are paid, you realize nearly all your money goes to a franchise owner who is not present. No wonder the instructors hate their jobs. I wish we could get our money back after such a terrible experience, but at least I learned a lesson and hopefully can dissuade future suckers from enrolling here.

It took from September to March to be told a spot opened up and I would only be able to use 1 month of the many payments towards the new class. As a result of telling them that I am frustrated and disappointed as a customer, I was told we can no longer come back. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING. They lie about their waitlists and tell different customers different excuses. I got in to class many weeks before my friends did who were on the waitlist way before me. I am sick to my stomach that I express my concerns about having paid so much money and am told not come back. Don't waste your time trying to communicate with them and expect a response.

We went to one class, and while my son enjoyed it, he decided he didn't want to continue with it. Again, I emailed and called multiple times to ask what the cancellation policy was, and nobody ever answered the phone or replied to my emails. I finally got a call from the owner, who told me that I paid for the full month ($89) and would get no refund - even though we only went once. Not the best policy or response, in my opinion. That being said, the place is small and cute and the teacher (Jade) was great. Just don't sign up if you ever expect any answers or information via email or phone. And make sure you're prepared to pay $90 for a full month, even if you're not sure your kid will like it.
