My friend told me about their puffer coat so I came on a Tuesday afternoon just to try them on. Daniella, the sales associate, suggested the supersnug fit which was shapelier on me and didn't make me look like the Michelin man. She was patient and helpful. I even commented that she reminded me of Khloe Kardashian and she informed me that several people have said that. I wanted the supersnug coat (classic length: hits between the hip to below the bum) in mocha, but they didn't have it in the store and it was sold out online. She wasn't sure when it would be available so suggested to check back in January. I did purchase the mid-length in black online. I hope it is warm as advertised. Only time will tell.

I'm extremely disappointed with my experience at this Levi's location…read more My friend accidentally left her wallet in the dressing room and we returned about 20 minutes later to ask the manager and employees if anything had been turned in. It was not busy at all -- there was barely anyone in the store -- and we were told no one had found anything. We then went to security and were told to wait. When we returned to Levi's, a different employee suddenly asked, "Does it look rectangular shaped?" We had not described it at all. When we said yes, the employee responded, "I'll keep an eye out." That response made no sense -- how would they know what it looked like without us describing it? To make matters worse, they would not pull up the security footage when we asked. The whole situation felt dishonest and shady. The inconsistent answers, lack of urgency, and refusal to review cameras were extremely concerning. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling like the cash inside was likely taken. Very upsetting and not the level of integrity you would expect from a retail store.

Just this past weekend my wife needed new bras and the places we were going to offered no help whatsoever. My wife was feeling depressed and unhappy, because her favorite places to go to are no longer in business. The idea of going to Torrid's came to mind. We did so and the good times started happening upon entering the store. The ambience upon entering the room was filled with a warm inviting vibe. The associates there welcomed us to their humble abode. Tonya (our sales associate)was very helpful and personally assisted my wife with the bra size she desperately needed. The Torrid store is much bigger than I thought. The fitting rooms are in a separate section, but spacious from what I saw. Guys (at the time) were on their phones waiting for their significant other to get done trying on clothing. While my wife was trying on her bras, I had the chance to look around and pick out some outfits I would like to see her wear. I even saw The Sanrio Underwear featuring Kuromi. If you don't know who this is, here is a small rundown on her. "Kuromi is a popular, edgy Sanrio character introduced in 2005 via the anime Onegai My Melody. A white, bunny-like creature (not a cat) who wears a black jester's hat with a pink skull, she is known as My Melody's mischievous, punk-rock rival . Kuromi is a fan-favorite, especially within emo/goth subcultures, appealing to followers with her rebellious yet secretly girly personality." Now that we got that out of the way, we can get on to the heart of the matter. Oh yeah, I forgot. There were underwear with Donald Duck's girlfriend on the underwear too. My wife ended up choosing 4 bras that matched her sizes and needs. Tonya was there to help assist in all the questions my wife had. This kind of service is something the other stores did not provide. Tonya possessed the knowledge, the knowhow and the willingness to go beyond the call of duty. This is what makes this experience at Torrid's different from the other stores we had visited. We also were pleasantly surprised to be told this is a by one get one free event. My wife was thing this was going to be costly as bras can be. This Buy One, Get One Free deal helped save money. I will be certain to be buying some Purple, Royal Blue and Emerald Green bras in the future for my wife. If things are as great for her, we could end up getting a credit card for this store. We will certainly be returning to Torrid's in the near future. The value of this experience was worth the past disappointment of other places.

It's because of the staff here, I've been able to throw away my pandemic leggings and reintroduce denim into my life. I love how wearable every item is, going from casual to dressy and can be worn for multiple occassions. Perfect for a work from home mama like me. Their accessory section is top notch -- I own several earrings, necklaces, and belts that have held up (and even get better!) over the years. I pick up a pair of sandals and sneakers every season and have found that their selection is comfortable and stylish as well. If you want to ask me what I'm wearing, it's Madewell.
