I didn't have my coupon with me, but I had just used it at the East Towne Maurices on Saturday, so she just rang it up for me to give me the 20% off. I don't know many places that would do that. I'm visiting WI from VA, and I really wish we had a Maurices where we live. Their service is always the best.

They were honest with a something didn't fit quite right. They laughed with us and joked with us. Maurices has made shopoing with my teenager fun instead of stressful. Today I was "helped" by Brett. I was trying to return a hoodie that didn't fit. Everything was pretty procedural at first. Then the hiccup came where the was an issue with the return because he had thought we heavily used the hoodie, which we didn't. The only thing we did was put it on inside the house and set it down on the carpet afterwards. He was lecturing me on the fact that he cannot accept the return due to this cosmetic flaw. I informed him this, to which he replied that he can't resell something that's been worn in the store. I told him that we had been long patrons of the band and how we owned dozens of Oakley sunglasses and never had an issue with returning a product that we tried on and did not like. He finally gave in by saying that I had interrupted him as he was not able to compete his lecture that he be making an exception in this case. At the end I feel that he was over compensating for his lack of knowledge and general awareness of customer service by saving face and acting as if he was planning to let me return the merchandise after all. Next time, I'll stick to shipping my returns back instead of being hassled by a self-righteous, myopic store clerk.

We were able to wander the mall until receiving a text that they were ready for us. First, an employee/fitter explained that we could either just get measured for size, or we could do a full fitting which includes trying on bras. 3 of us went for a fitting and 1 did just sizing, which took about 1 - 1.5 hrs total. It was probably 30-45 minutes per full fitting (sizing only took like 10 mins) and didn't feel rushed - we could try on as many options as we wanted. The fitting rooms are tucked in the back of the store, with full floor to ceiling doors. The entire back wall was a mirror, and the room also had a ceiling fan and great lighting, so I didn't get overheated at all and felt like I could really see how the bras fit. There was also a small couch to sit on while waiting for the fitter to pull more bras. You don't leave the room at all during the fitting, and the fitter was very careful not to open the door too wide, so I didn't feel like anyone outside would be able to peek in. The 2 ladies fitting us were super awesome! They helped us all find exactly what we were looking for and made great conversation throughout. This was my first bra fitting and I highly recommend trying this place if you're in the same boat. Some other good info we got: - They have punch cards that get you $50 off after buying a certain # of bras. - If you're wanting to buy additional bras online, you can call the store and have them order it for you with free shipping or store pickup. They can also give advice on whether you need to size up or down in certain brands, if they have your fitting info on file.

We set up an appointment on Wednesday 5/18/22 for me to come in at 11:30a. I received an email saying that he was excited to meet me and sent me a link to look at before hand. I showed up a few minutes early and was greeted by staff. I told them I was looking for Jay and had a meeting with him. They said that I could take a business card and that he had not been in all day and was not sure where he was. The staff was very friendly and was clearly embarrassed by the lack of communication on the business' end. I told him I would wait about 10 minutes and see if Jay showed up. I was super excited to look at options and even took off of work to come in. After 10 minutes, I was extremely frustrated. I looked at our email communication and sent an "I am here for our appointment" message. No response at all. I even called the number listed on the email address to see if I could get ahold of him. The number listed was the store number that I was already standing in. The sales person apologized and was very sincere. I walked around for awhile looking at apparel in the store but was very upset with being stood up for our meeting. It has been over a week and still no response. I was really hoping to use this location to screen print as I have heard great things from friends and family. I find it incredible unprofessional that no one has even reached out to apologize, let alone acknowledge that they missed our agreed time to meet.
