Unfortunately, my experience was not great. It was nearly impossible to get anyone's attention despite the store not being busy - I only saw two other shoppers. Instead of getting help with sizing, fit and style, I picked out some jeans by myself, tried them on, and purchased them. Unfortunately after trying on again at home, I decided to return everything I purchased. I feel like I could have picked something better with some guidance from the sales staff. Customer service was sparse, but my interactions with the employees were pleasant overall. The women were kind when I checked out, and on my second visit, it was easy to return the items. My advice to Madewell is to focus more on customer service. If I originally had help picking out the right jeans for my body, I would have ended up keeping them and the company would have made $300 instead of $0.

Theyre going to become a hole....bad worker that censored them. That ruined all of those pants you know. I used to work in retail and you just don't place sensors on clothing items in random spots. I was super impressed with their selection and wondered why I hadn't been in sooner! They had great options from basics to more in style pieces, at a fraction of many of the other box stores. I also love they have multiple cuts and styles in the same patterns, making it easy to find something for everyone. Their jeans have been quite impressive and extremely comfortable and flattering for. They also have a great athletic line, though I don't have many of their pieces. Lastly, their kids line is also great and always hits the mark when I'm looking for a gifts or items for the kids in my life. Overall, I feel like I make out really well and don't feel too upset if something gets ruined or only lasts a few seasons, though I have found most things have held up well. This outlet store for the most part carries its own line only found at outlets. You will rarely if ever find something from their main store or website at this location. The clothes here are designed special for their outlet. There are no store hours located anywhere on the store window fronts or door. I assume they have the same hours as the Tanger Outlets themselves. I like to come here and see what speaks to me.
