After talking to their receptionist that answered the call it seemed to me that they charged fairly. Part of the service should be how to talk to clients and I felt that when I was asking questions about the service and cost he was very annoyed by me asking him questions. Overall it was a waste of money just for him to go through the settings on the fridge, which I had already done! Please work on your customer service skills because based on that I decided not to move forward with the $489 repair cost. Not user friendly.
