I was pleasantly surprised he and his helper arrived on time on the scheduled date with new ducting and registers, when I had planned to reuse the ones I had and previously purchased. He was able to use a different duct interface, when it was determined the original 90 degree duct-wall interface planned would have interfered with the header. I contacted aqc to do a repair on my furnace after getting subpar service from some other local hvac repair companies in the past. Ross was able to quickly identify the faulty part and recommend a couple different solutions. I opted to have the failed part replaced and a few days later he came to do the install. Unfortunately the new part came broken from the manufacturer and instead of assuming something else on my system was faulty he did his due diligence to isolate and test that the new part was indeed faulty and he would need to come back with a new unit. Ross is hands down the most detailed and knowledgeable technician I have encountered and I will continue using AQC for any future service and will not hesitate to recommend him to friends and family. Our washer went kaput on Thursday night. We scheduled with AQC for first thing Friday morning. That was super easy to do via Yelp and they confirmed in just minutes. Came on time the next day after discussing with Ross last night through Yelp about a quote. Ross is very professional and friendly in the yelp conversation and showed great empathy for my concerns and issue. I feel bad I forgot the name of the technician that came, i was distracted working, but he is super efficient and friendly. He was able to quickly troubleshoot the furnace issue (a malfunctioning pressure switch). He was able to explain the cost of the part, included the initial diagnostic flat fee which is excellent value), and was able to get the part and install in the total span of about 1.5 hours. Our furnace is a bit old so he needed to manually adjust the pressure. He even found a loose duct that he tightened up and checked the filter. Overall great experience, service, and value for money. Yep Yep Yep! All the reviews you see about Ross and AQC are 100% true. On the coldest day of the year in February my furnance went out altogether (because of course that has to happen). Ross was by far the quickest to provide me with a quote, a top end new HVAC unit and a commitment to come out on the same day and get the job done in 2-days. But the true character of Ross showed when there was a complication with my Peoples Gas valves and the amount of throughput my house needs! As the new HVAC system turned on and off, Ross showed up/checked in with me everyday, provided space heaters and walked me through the steps to get Peoples Gas to swap out meters. Now that's 100 degrees this week, my AC is feeling awfully weak and Ross will be the first person that I call! read more

Beware!! I would defiantly not recommend this company. They sent the technician out and charged $75 for the estimate. I was told by their manager that they will run a diagnosis and a full inspection which is the reason why they charge $75 dollars. Ross came in open the HVAC and said: "this is rusty and you need to put a new unit because if we change the heat exchange it will cost you 1000 dollars less than putting a new system". He didn't run any other diagnosis closed the HVAC and told me he will send the estimate by tomorrow. He finally sent the estimate charging me $7400 for replacement and he never provided me with the estimate to fix the unit. Couple of hours later ross texted me the following: "Good evening. This is Ross from AQC. I apologize for a delay, it's been a busy day. I just sent you an estimate for replacement. As of replacing heat exchanger, I didn't get the price from store on that cause it's currently out of stock but I expect it to be in a $3500-$4500 range". Plus the labor. -This is such a scam company that tries to rip you off. I had another company that come in did diagnoses for free and replace the heat exchanger for 1800 dollars labor and everything. read more
