That's when I found Smith Appliance. I told them the problem they told me "no problem". A Curteous professional sales person helped me select an appliance (made in u.s.a) in my price range, they have an on-site install guy gave me a price on the spot (happened to be there) and they came and installed it. That was almost a year ago, the thing runs perfectly, very quiet , dishes clean.....my only regret is that I should have dug in discovered this business 30 years ago.
