We used Air Quality Systems to clean all our ducts and vents. Scheduling was easy and the team was on time, were friendly and professional. The job took just over two hours. All the registers were hand washed, and the floors were vacuumed after all the work was done. I would use Air Quality Systems again and will recommend them to anyone that asks. Don't be surprised if once the team is done, they clean up and leave without needing a signature or requiring payment. I learned that the team provides all the cleaning pictures to the main office, which then follows up with you the next day to process your payment (you have to leave a credit card on record when you setup your appointment.) I made an appointment with these folks 3 weeks in advance since i wanted them to arrive at our house on the earliest visit. The appointment was scheduled for 8:00 - 10:00 AM. I also requested the workers wear masks and indicated i would do the same when in near contact. Two days later i was informed they could not make the early appointment and they said the only time they had were afternoon visits. I indicated that did not work for me and i assumed they would call back with a morning availabilty further in the future to accomidate their schedule. They have yet to call back. read more

They arrived on time, the workers were in uniforms, they covered everything and cleaned up when finished. They showed before and after pictures. They left our house cleaner than when they started. This company was supposed to vaccum out my HVAC via a long hose through a window... what they did was use some portable vaccum that created dust all over the house.... That is not the worst of it ... my house has been freezing so the HVAC company took a look and one of the flex duct had fallen off the system completely so all my heat was blowing out into the attic! 3 of the flex ducts were gouged and/or ripped, and there was debris thrown all over the attic; i.e. plastic straps. Also the original strapping was removed and not replaced and 1 flex duct was strung up and completely bent in half, not allowing the proper air flow....NEVER USE THIS COMPANY read more

A little pricey but I guess that is what it costs, I've never had this done before and they were there about 2 1/2 hours. This respected establishment kindly removed my opposing review over at Google. I am disappointed with this decision. A little backstory: I'm a former employee of this establishment and worked there for a little over a year, working my way from assistant technician to a lead technician. Everything stated from here on is my personal experience with the company. I will try and be as thorough as possible in the spirit of objectivity. Pros: Generous 401K package with a 100% match up to I think either 3 or 4%. The company is flexible. You are allowed time off to handle whatever you need to do if you call them and provide a heads up. You'll make decent money as a lead technician with competitive hourly rates and potential for bonuses on commercial jobs. There are plenty of opportunities for bonuses when the company takes on large commercial jobs as well as the rare employee appreciation one. Bonuses are quite generous for lead technicians but are lackluster for the assistant technicians. The owner is willing to get his hands dirty on jobs and is a truly hard working individual. Cons: This company will try their hardest to get you to not discuss pay or how much you received on your bonus because most people here get paid different rates. This is illegal. Assistant technicians are disposable and are paid accordingly. $13-$14 an hour for the average assistant and I think $15 for the distinguished. Assistants have a lot of work to do. Taking vents out so the lead technician can clean the duct work, loading and unloading all the equipment, as well as setting it up for the lead technician, washing vents, helping other leads as needed when working on a commercial site, carrying large and heavy ladders(as well as using them), patching holes in the duct work that leads made, vacuuming, putting up plastic to cover furniture from dust...the list goes on and on. This is criminally underpaid in my opinion. This company does not promote from within. No matter how often the owner might tell you otherwise, you will never be anything more than a lead technician. That is the ceiling, and the furthest you'll get working for this company. All management was hired externally, even though there are qualified technicians with over 5 years working in the company. This company is perpetually understaffed and cannot retain its employees. This is specially so in regards to assistant technicians. What this means for you is that if anybody calls out for whatever reason, they're in shambles and end up having to mess around with everybody else's routes or calling you to come in on your day off. Perhaps the most polarizing of all is this company's scheduling. You do not have a consistent schedule as an employee; you are expected to be able to work days, nights, weekends(including Sunday), as well as some holidays. You do not know with certainty what day you'll be off, or even how your week's schedule looks like until a day before. The schedule for the day after is usually sent around 4:00-5:00PM the previous day. I can't emphasize this enough -- you are also scheduled a day shift usually immediately after completing a night shift. You are not paid a higher hourly rate for working night shifts. read more
