Last time Joel added some support "struts" to the door and this time in a completely unrelated repair he replaced the door spring which breaks over time with age. I was lucky to catch Joel between jobs and he came out within 1-2 hours. We have security gates and had good communication with him on text to get him in. He is a super nice man and efficient worker. He finished the repair in about 15-25 minutes. I did not have enough cash on me to pay him the exact amount, so he told me to forget the relatively small difference because we are repeat customers who will call him again as need--that's how a good businessman does business. When they came to install it 2-3 weeks later (after the door was manufactured), they realized the manufacturer had produced a door that was 2 inches too narrow for our garage. They immediately took responsibility and the owner Nir came out personally to apologize and figure out the best solution. And while he was out he fixed a problem I had with a separate gate for no charge. We agreed on a solution that worked for everyone, and Kind, including Antonio their sales guy, came out several times to make sure it was implemented 100% to my satisfaction. I wasn't the easiest to please but they were determined to do so and it really showed. At the end, they billed me a more than fair discounted amount to compensate for the issues they'd had with the job. I actually paid them more than they billed me, because I thought they'd more than earned it - that says something!
