I truly love this place! They listen to your needs and really walk you through the process of treatments so your educated on what treatments are best for you. I received a Platinum Hydrafacial with Dermaplaning from Xuleima. I have to say, that I've had other aesthetics treatments in the past but nothing compares to my experience. She was kind, professional, and I was impressed with her knowledge of the therapies and Skin care regimen recommendations. Xuleima went above and beyond the treatment, for instance she massaged my neck and hands. She put me at ease and made me feel welcomed. I also didn't feel pressured on buying packages like most places. I came here for Botox and eventually laser hair removal of my armpits. I had prepaid for 5 laser hair treatments as a package deal. I got the first treatment and it went ok, no burning also no hair loss. Unfortunately the second treatment was the start of an absolute nightmare. As soon as I left the appt my armpits were scorching hot. The following morning I had noticeable burns. I thought they would fade so I waited another day or 2 to let the salon know. Stacy prescribed me a burn cream that Saturday after talking over text and letting me know she was about to go to a spin class.. she said shed look at the laser Monday. She let me know Monday there was indeed 'debris' stuck on the laser (assuming hadn't been cleaned/inspected properly) that caused this to happen. I said ok, just please refund me the remainder of what I prepaid I would just like to be done with it. She sent me over a word doc 'Refund Consent & Waiver' calling what happened Hyperpigmentation. I chose not to sign it, which they said at that point I wont be getting any of my money back. So in turn, I'm left with scars and discoloration on both of my armpits and arm, noticeable while even wearing a tank top. Pretty unfortunate. read more

This is my happy place! I went in for a long overdue dermaplane, chemical peel and oxygen facial with Samantha and the entire treatment absolutely exceeded expectations. Seriously best experience from botox to brazilian lazer hair removal! All the staff is great and so knowledgeable, friendly and just awesome! I found this place on yelp and I am so happy I came here. Only had botox on my forehead once before and It did not look great (I don't think I got enough units) and I got it done elsewhere and never went back to adjust or get more. I figured I would try a new place. Had Stacy for my botox consultation and execution and she was super knowledgeable and told me everything i needed to know in terms of units and my forehead and how each injection would affect each area, etc. Came back two weeks later for a follow up and did not even have to get anything fixed or adjusted. I am soooo happy with the the results. I still have a little bit o f movement in my forehead and don't look weird, but the wrinkles are not noticeable at all and I am not creasing them any more since I don't have much movement there! Already booked my next app (in 3 months or so)! For the laser hair removal, I had it done once before in other areas and at a different place in SD, but it did not work great as I still have hair and have to shave those areas. I figured I would try the brazilian for my first time and get it done here. Just had my first treatment with Alesya and it was super comfortable and not awkward. Overall great experience. She was super knowledgeable on how / where to use the laser and the level of laser I could handle, etc. I had a spray tan (don't do that if you are getting lasered), but she got most of it off prior to treatment and was being really cautious not to burn my skin / checking in on pain level, etc and I did not get burned! Going back again for my second session in 6 weeks! Bought the pack of treatments as it saved me 20% off overall! P.S. It did not hurt. I used two things of numbing cream that they game me and it was a completely tolerable experience and I don't have a high pain tolerance. I felt some areas more than others, but I was more scared / nervous of feeling pain than actually being in pain. It feels like a mild zap / rubber band hit against the skin. Not bad! Some places I didn't feel anything at all. Recommend! read more

I came for the first time last week, and saw Aleksya for botox. She's wonderful -- friendly, down-to-earth, and knowledgeable. Her injections were all nearly painless, and I feel and see results already (though I know it takes a week or two to really take effect).
