HOLLY does my mani and is so fast and efficient. Every month, I get compliments about the different designs (I always pick a nude base so the regrowth isn't noticeable). THUY does my pedicure and she is the best at massaging my calves. She also really takes her time to clean up my cuticles and scrub off the calluses I have from walking a ton. After coming to the salon for 10yrs now, I was even able to convince my boyfriend to try a professional pedicure for the first time. He now comes with me for a monthly pedicure with DAISY. Friendly & accommodating! Popped in last-minute on a busy Saturday with my mom for a mani-pedi and they squeezed us right in. We both got the Deluxe Manicure and Spa Pedicure Plus. Both services were reasonably priced. The spa is small but clean and bright. The staff were friendly, and there's plenty of parking right outside. The only minor hiccup was a brief communication mix-up (English isn't everyone's first language here), but once I clearly restated that we wanted pedicures too, they immediately moved us into a booth, and took excellent care of us. I went in for a manicure, as I was picking my color the lady suggested gel and I very clearly said NO. Then she suggested a clear more natural color, I agreed. Next thing you know I have gel nails that are $35 instead of a $17 regular manicure. I'm very upset. I was very clear that I didn't want gel nails because I am getting acrylics next week and was trying to heal and grow out my nails. I came to remove my acrylic nails and to do regular manicure. Holly was amazing. She was careful and always caring if it was hurting when she was taking off the acrylic nails. She gave me advice on how to make my nails stronger and I got a massage in my hands and arms. She took my jewelry off and then put it back on. As for the manicure I loved it. I walk in and they only have a few customers. I think this is fantastic they are able to fit me in ( so I thought ). So a young lady asks me what I needed. I let her know I needed a full set please. She said "pick your color". I advised her that I wasn't getting any color . I do my gel color at home I find it relaxing. So she calls me over and I sit down. I ask her how much for a full set 3 times . She didn't answer she avoids the question. I SHOW her a picture of "SHORT " pointy nails . She says "ok, no problem ". After applying the nail and starting to cut the second hand she tells me " it will be $5.00 more due to shape ? I said " you charge to clip off the sides of the nail ? She said "yes, that's what we do here". So I have to remind myself to (watch your face and #4 spicy lips... just get the nails ON). I say nothing and she continues. Needless to say I am HIGHLY annoyed as she snatches my fingers around. She gets the acrylic on the first hand. She then informs me it will be "$3.00 extra for the length" I slightly snapped and said " these are an inch long !!! Any shorter would be my nail quick! Ma'am absolutely not !! These are an no way considered long. What is this add on as we go along in the service ?" She finally says " next time you must pay". I said " there will never be a next time for me to get swindled for $8.00 extra dollars. And to top it off you aren't even painting my nails . So 4 crooked nails latter the service is done. Then she tells me ..... It will be $1.50 more. I said FOR WHAT NOW???? she says for a " card service charge" ‍. I'm like THAT IS IT , GET ME OUTTA HERE ASAP!!! I really do recommend this place. It was very fairly priced for a refill with design and cuticle removal which was only $60. I've noticed compared to all other places I've been to, they do not remove my cuticles and that leaves my nails looking a bit messy, but not this place. This is the first place I've found that cleans up my cuticles nicely. I love the design and it's perfect for summer. I went to Lynn/Lin and she did a great job and was very nice. Once I realized that for 30 to 40 dollars, a cute girl would clip my toenails, rub my feet and tell me what a nice guy I am, I was hooked. I have a particular problem, a couple of chronic ingrown toenails, and have found that Daisy is expert at dealing with the problem, relieving the pressure without causing greater pain. Now visit about once a month, or 10 days before I leave for an out of town fishing trip. I've recommended this place to lots of my friends. I've brought my bride in for couples therapy, and I dragged in my best friend, a 70 year old man with claws for toenails , and made him a believer. 4 stars for a clean salon offering quality service. My daughter came here for winter formal, they messed up on the color. She came in for a gel polish and pedicure. She wanted a simple color (sheer) nothing fancy. She wanted her toes the same color. They gave her a a bubble gum color and matte toes. I wouldn't be upset if I paid $50 but I dropped $100 for something that is wrong. When you come here make sure they fully understand you or speak to the lady in back. Thankfully they are doing the right thing to fix it. I have been here several times for pedicures with my mom and their service is always exceptional. We recently splurged on the "Royal Pedicure" and it was worth every penny! The ladies are sweet and attentive to you. I have paid for pedicures at other places that are "deluxe" style packages and never felt a difference from their basic ones. I felt like they just want to make more money and rush to move onto the next customer. Not here. You absolutely get what you pay for and they will spend the time and attention you need! I came here with my mom for some pampering on a weekday morning and good thing too because they weren't too busy. I had attempted to come once before and they were extremely busy so I suggest making an appt or coming during the week versus the weekend if you can. They have a few different options besides just your regular manicure and pedicure which can include different upgrades. I got just your basic pedicure which was $20 Their nail polish selection is pretty on point so I found a color no problem. It seemed like they had a lot of the good brands too. The massage chairs were pretty mediocre in my opinion compared to others but it did its job. Overall I was pretty satisfied with my pedicure and my mom really liked her girl. She had an ingrown toe nail (sorry TMI) and she said that this place was the only place that was really able to get rid of it. Now, I am not sure if it's because there is a bar located just a couple doors down from them, but my eyes have been burning and watering since I got here. They are a little pricey. I got the Spa Pedicure Plus which is 25.00. It was good. The technician spent great care and tool her time. The leg massage was good with just the right amoun of pressure applied.
