Upon entering I wasn't greeted. There was a girl sitting just on her phone. I said "hey" and she said "oh you can have a seat, Lexy should be in soon." And thats it. Lexy comes in rushing. She is also late. I booked my appointment 10:55am and it was pushed back 11:10am. Because she was late. I was also notified at 10:33am for her running late. I was already in the area. Because if you read their cancellation and late policy they can be VERY STRICT about it. Which I found funny because my first time booking. THEY ARE LATE. I was a little disappointed because I started work at 1:30pm. Pushing it back even 20mins I know I would be in a time crunch. But whatever... I didn't wanna cancel because THEY were late and be charged 100% for a service. Which is also one of their policies. This is one of their other policies.... -GRACE PERIOD IS 9 MINUTES, AT 10 MINUTES THERE IS A $10 LATE FEE, AFTER 15 MIN IT WILL RESULT IN THE FORFEITURE OF THE ENTIRE APPOINTMENT AND WILL BE CHARGED 100% OF THE SERVICE BOOKED. YOU GOTTA BE KIDDING ME. Lol. Anyway, for what I paid $200 something for lashes. Volume lashes that was half filled not to mention half bald. NOT WORTH IT. My whole appointment was quiet. Lexy didn't say one word to me. Except for how long. And I told her long. And that was the last time I ever heard her talk to me until she was done. I finished about 1:40pm ish. After my appointment I went straight to work, I was running late. And I had a few comments on how "natural" my lashes was. THEY ARE VOLUME I PAID $200 something for VOLUME!!! I called and went back the next day for a mini fill because those lashes were not volume nor were they filled. I left with not much of a difference. Laid there for another 3 hours for my lashes to NOT look full. I couldn't believe how bald they still were. My natural lashes on our outer eye and inner eye weren't filled. They went thicker on the lashes which made a slight difference but still not that much. My wispy strip lashes that I buy for $5 have more volume than the $200 volume lash extensions I paid them for here. I wish I loved it here because of the convenience of the location, price wasn't an issue. Quality was just not worth the price!

I always look forward to seeing her! She pays attention to my concerns, and always makes me feel welcomed at every visit. As a makeup artist, I always worry about my lashes falling out so quickly, but thanks to Celine, they hold for 3 weeks at a time without them looking crazy! Booking online for appointments have been so easy, I have never had an issue, which most people can appreciate. If you know exactly what you want, the staff is more than welcome to help achieve that! Other than that, location is prime, with the advantage of so much parking, can't go wrong with that!

Your natural lash cycle varies so you could have more or less to fill each time. Also, many places charge you by the lash, which sounds reasonable, but in comparison, Michelle charges half the price for the same amount of lashes. On another note, I am floored to see anyone rate her services as poor. Haters gonna hate I guess, especially when incognito. Hopefully it was just a misunderstanding. She always returns calls and all her clients are lifers. One of the main reasons why I love going back is because of her professionalism and work ethic...she refuses to half-ass anything just to cut on time or make more money. She genuinely cares for her clients and it shows by her track record!
