The selection here is great. Nate & Terrell are knowledgeable, helpful, and fair with pricing. They back their parts and will go out of their way to help customers. Ralph the owner is fair and helpful as well. I frequent this location and love giving these guys my business. Great salvage yard right here in our own backyard. On another note... the review about would they "do this to a man, cuz I'm a woman." So am I... they treat women fair. Their time is valuable and why would they not charge for labor to disassemble parts...? come with your tools sweetheart and you can take whatever you want. I asked for a part yesterday, and was told I was second in line behind a hood. A day and a half later, they still haven't pulled it. The gentleman I talked to (Nathan) was extremely rude, and would not stop talking over me on the phone until I had to shout at him to get him to listen to me. He then told me I should take my business elsewhere. If I had wanted to wait three days for my part, I could have gone to a salvage yard anywhere in the world and had it shipped to me. I would love nothing more than to spend the $10,000 a month I spend with other yards locally, but until they stop treating their customers so poorly, AF&T will never get my business. Every time I have dealt with anyone at AF&T, I have e been treated poorly. I would rather spend the money to buy new parts than deal with these people ever again. read more

I have been to AF&T twice now and these guys have been nothing less than GREAT to me. Both times they have gone out of their way to help me get parts for my car, and both times they have gotten them for me right away. They even put one of the parts on my car at no charge then offered to get me another part at a discounted price which will bring me back for a third time. The lied to us saying they had a part they did not have and treated us like shit when we got there. When we went to O'Reilly's we were able to get a brand new part for $30 less than they quoted us for a dinged up version. Will never return to this yard. read more

Called awhile back to get my car towed and scrapped down. July 8, and the mechanic "Ralph" claimed they would have it picked up and they'll get me a quote at the end, July 11-15. Then a whole week later they called and stated they completely forgot and that they are going to pick up my vehicle. So then the tow truck called me saying my car wasn't even in my parking lot. Found out my vehicle was towed by another company and I had to deal with that B.S., because this "business" couldn't stay on top of their paper work nor do they follow up with their customers that could have been potential repeating customers..... Now, still hounding these morons for them to pick up my vehicle and scrap my vehicle down!!! Was suppose to get another call on 08/05/2016, and wouldn't you know it. Still no follow up. Horrible business to attempt to use. GO FIND ANOTHER BUSINESS!!!!! read more

Called asking for a sun visor, asked if I could get it out of the car myself, and they told me "No, we'll have it waiting for you." When I went to go pick it up, they wanted to charge me $25 for it. After much questioning, they finally let it spill that they charged me for someone to "disassemble" it from the car. I told them I wanted to get it myself, so I went out back, and found the right car (and a visor that was in much better shape than the one they found me) and "disassembled" the visor in less than 2 minutes. They still charged me $15 for the visor, and I'm pretty unhappy that they didn't even give me the choice of saving myself some money by getting the part myself. And although I can't prove this, I feel like this wouldn't have happened had I been a man instead of a woman. I say this because the men that came in after me were allowed to get the part for themselves right away, and were only charged $5 for a more complex vehicle part. I'm not happy that I was charged $15 at a salvage yard for a part as simple as an old sun visor with no mechanical components. The man at the front desk was pretty rude to me once I told him I wanted to get the part myself and pay less for it. Overall, I give AF&T one star for such a poor experience. read more

If I could give this place a no star I would. I know business's have to make money but when a company tries a give you less than pennies on the dollar for something it is really disrespectful. I called to see about selling a vehicle that was involved in a fender bender and they offered me $75 for it and that was if I could get it there, if they had to tow it they would give me $25. The funny thing is I called about 6 months ago looking for a tail light for the same car and they wanted $35 for that part. I will never do business with this company nor will I ever recommend them to anyone. read more
