I was using my son's truck and noticed the windshield "low" warning on the screen of the control panel. It was raining and the left windshield wiper was as shredded and worthless. So I decided to help the young man out. I was immediately greeted on coming in by Dillion. Gave me excellent advice on below temp RainX brand windshield wiper fluid and a great set of Bosch wiper blades. The store is clean and organized and is well stocked. That would be a solid 4 Star review in my book, but while I was in the parking lot, trying to put on the wiper blades, I was having difficulty. Dillon happen to be leaving the store and look to be heading home. It was raining. Dillion walked right up and said can I help? He quickly popped off the old blades and helped me slide on the new ones. This is an excellent employee for AutoZone. I hope they know what they have because that earn them a 5 star from me. I called bike shack they said come in the next morning at 9 and had both tires mounted, balanced and I was on my way and the price was way cheaper than if I had stopped at a dealership. Yesterday Seth once again squeezed me on on short notice for an oil change as well as final drive fluid. Seth works quickly and efficiently and had me done within an hour so which meant I had plenty of time to ride the rest of the day. Price was very reasonable and cheaper than what I would have paid at a BMW dealership. If you need work done and you're in the Bozeman, MT area don't hesitate to give Seth a call.

The car was delivered without a drop of wiper fluid in it, which proves to me it was never truly inspected. They just claim it was inspected, and collect the money. They don't care about safety. Additionally, the loaner vehicle I was given contains documents from the last two customers who have used their loaner car. I have their signatures, birthdates, dl numbers, social security numbers, phone numbers, and much more. Toyota is so lazy and unprofessional. They don't care about your safety or private information. They won't even offer as much as an apology for all my wasted time n money.

After calling around several places with estimates of waiting a week to 3 months; the guys at Foster's Master Touch were able to re-arrange their schedule to fit me in the next morning. The car was drivable so I delivered it and they kindly gave me a ride back to my hotel and picked me up the following day when the car repair was completed. The repair estimate came in at $320; however they did not have to replace a part so the final bill was $260! As a single female traveling through, not knowing much about car repairs; I was so thankful for the honesty, fairness and how they went above and beyond by getting the car in right away and giving me rides to and from my hotel. Throughout the entire process they treated me fairly. I highly recommend this shop!

Auto Stop installed a rebuilt engine in my VW Vanagon. Within three miles of leaving the shop, the…read morelow coolant warning alarm came on. I immediately returned, but after a brief inspection I was told there was nothing wrong. When I left the shop, the warning alarm came on again. I called Auto Stop, explained that the warning had returned, and was again assured there was nothing wrong. I was told to wait and see if the alarm came on again after driving. Unfortunately, the problem persisted, and I could smell coolant burning on the hot engine. I made it home just before coolant began dripping from the vehicle. At that point, I had the van towed to another repair shop. The second shop found that the primary coolant hose from the reservoir to the engine had been installed incorrectly and was approximately 3/4 inch too short. They also discovered a second hose with a large bulge that was on the verge of rupturing. Both issues required immediate repair. What disappointed me most was not simply that mistakes were made, but that my concerns were repeatedly dismissed. After the warning alarm came on twice within minutes of leaving the shop, I expected a thorough inspection of the cooling system rather than reassurance that nothing was wrong. Because of the improper installation, I incurred more than $500 in additional repair costs, plus the cost of towing the vehicle to another shop. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Auto Stop. The quality of the installation, the lack of careful follow-up, and the poor customer service left me with significant additional expense and inconvenience.
