I took a chance on going to this urgent care being that it was newly opened. I'm glad I took the chance. I made an appointment online and was directed to arrive 15 minutes early. When I got there I walked in to a clean and quiet waiting room. I filled out paperwork and was called back to be seen. First I was seen by the nurse with some questions and typical information. Then the doctor came in. The doctor checked me over and explained what he was going to do. Everything was thoroughly done from beginning to the end. The entire process was about 1 hour and I was also provided with a doctor's note once requested. My prescriptions were sent over to my pharmacy and ready for pick up once I arrived. I visited this location during the last covid outbreak after the holidays. I needed to get tested immediately since my job had a big outbreak of cases & i had a family member at home with a compromised immune system. Since all the locations in my area were extremely overwhelmed & taking tests at a slow pace I dropped in here for a try. Though there were other ppl waiting - the wait was not long at all I was in & out in 20 min with my results. The receptionists were very helpful to the elderly patients i noticed who had trouble with the process. Also you are in the middle of the shopping locations if you need to run errands on the way. Also the most important reason why I came here is that they close on the later end of the day, so many ppl get out of work late and that's necessary. read more

I've gone here twice in the last month and I have to say, they're pretty efficient as far as urgent care goes. The first time was for non-Covid related reasons and therefore did not need to book an appt. When I arrived, I didn't wait for more than 10 minutes to be seen. The doctor listened to my concerns and had no problem testing me for everything I asked for (flu, strep, Covid). The second time was specifically for Covid testing, and booking the appt online was super easy. This time, the wait was less than a 5 minute wait from my appointment time (though I did sit inside the exam room for 15 mins waiting to be tested, and this still isn't a big deal because I can't tell you how many times I've gone to an urgent care and walked out after an hour of not being attended to!) Never again. Went there yesterday feeling sick and was told I tested negative for covid and the flu. Called back today to find out the lab results and was told I have the flu. Asked them to prescribe medication and was asked which one. Was told they would call it in to wait about an hour. An hour passed by and nothing was told to wait some more. Called back a third time and was told they had not called it in yet but most likely the pharmacy would not have the prescription because they were running into flu medication stock shortages. I asked how would they know without trying my pharmacy. Was then told to find a pharmacy that had the flu medication in stock and call them back. Found a place nearby and informed them and also told them I would head out to the pharmacy to wait for the script to come in since they were about to close. Waited at the pharmacy and they called to say I was seen 48hrs ago and therefore they couldn't prescribe it. I told her I was there yesterday. Bottom line is they didn't call in the prescription after I was at the pharmacy. To have someone who is very sick have to find their own pharmacy, leave their house and then not send the script is inhumane. read more

I love this clinic very clean and front desk staff was friendly but the highlight of our visit was Georgina she was very friendly and sweet to my daughter who was alittle nervous to be there that day but she turned that around and made her very comfortable and all smiles there after. Scenario: I went here for a head neck injury as well as flu like symptoms. Somebody is to blame stop shifting responsibility to the next party after you get paid. If you don't care for your patients don't open a Health CARE practice. Pro: new and empty Step 1: Go to Urgent Care with head back injury. Step 2: Doctor prescribes pain meds and writes a referral to go to CT SCANS. I asked them not send me to Zwanger Pesiri for Radiology tests because they wouldn't even give me medical records for 2 years. But I can't believe the robotic answers. "Sorry this is our only partner and we don't do open referrals." Then when I go to Zwanger in person with a script that is marketed for Zwanger to limit patients from going to other companies the staff tells me, "I CAN GO ANYWHERE with a Zwanger Script." Next Step 3: Get and appointment and hope the insurance, referring doctor's office and Radiology office work together to achieve AUTHORIZATION. SO WHY AM I STUCK HERE WITH NO APPOINTMENT AND SEVERE PAIN? YET I CAN'T RETURN TO WORK. They said "We don't handle authorizations." But I asked them not to send me to Zwanger Pesiri Radiology in the first place. That company has a horrible track record of not caring for patients. So I called Zwanger again to find out why. They said they don't have the proper clinical notes and the doctor's office AFC URGENT CARE is required to process all docs for approval. But there's a reason why. This doctor doesn't listen. I have had to wait over a week for a script to be sent over for authorization. If Zwanger doesn't have your back why partner? Hillary said she couldn't give me a corporate number. She is a robot. I don't know if she's trained to be one. Rosa wasn't working today but she was nice when I went in the first time. The doctor-- Ali didn't seem to care and just wanted me to leave. It started hurting my neck and I feel tingling and really bad pain . My hand is swollen too. The receptionist asked me if I had a family high blood pressure history , I told her that no . The 2 receptionist said they had to ask the doctor first before seeing me . She comes back to tell me the doctor said "FOLLOW UP WITH MY PRIMARY DOCTOR" . I was in the office yesterday and after being treated like a dog I went ahead and decided to make an account and leave a review. I was sitting in the lobby for 45 minutes when I was finally called back, I was highly upset and uncomfortable! I was almost at the point where I wanted to walk out and report this office. My nurse seebil or something like that saw that I was upset and talked to me for a few minutes, which I saw y'all was busy so I appreciated that. He offered me some water or tea and gave my daughter some starbursts, after that he took my temperature, my blood pressure, and asked me a few questions. After explaining to him why I was there he'd be happy to help if I'd allow it so I said yes he excused himself and came back in with some items for me. The doctor didn't even wanna see me, but he came back several times and even tried to move my room so a different doctor would see me. Honestly I don't think this place should even be aloud to see people because I heard girls cursing behind the desk, they're rude, unprofessional, sloppy, poorly managed, disorganized, and don't know how to treat people! The only reason why I'm giving this place two stars is because of the nurse, he was the only decent thing in that office and spoke to me like a human and apologized for my mistreatment. I will certainly not be back at this dump and I hope that he decides to leave because they don't deserve someone like him! I will apologize because I was aggravated and yelled at him but at least he stood there and talked to me about what was bothering me. I had a very unprofessional experience at this urgent care as they mishandled information and was told false information regarding my daughter results here. I came back a second time for my daughter to be seen because she wasn't getting any better as directed and the tests done in house were negative. In the room I told the medical assistant I was there before and they did a test that I didn't call back for so if I can get it then. The PA Maha Komal comes in and tells me my daughter has COVID-19 from the culture they did on her previous visit but they reswabbed my daughter to send to the lab as well. No medication was prescribed I got paperwork stating my daughter was positive for Covid -19. Which was okay at the moment I was ready to take precautions and take the measures needed. I left, my daughter is isolated in quarantine away from my family and I, I call out of work and she is not in school. I call back today to get my results for the last culture that was taken and I am told my daughter does not have COVID-19 but a common cold. Apparently the PA misread the labs and gave me false information. I am out of work and my daughter missed school and is isolated for nothing! I asked to speak with a supervisor I'm calling back multiple times and getting tossed back and fourth with people and not speaking to a supervisor/manager. I was transferred to some Spanish girl in the back who barely listened and passed the phone to someone named Ryan who sounded nonchalant and didn't really answer anything. Then I was speaking to this older female named Angie I believe and she was rude as well. She was saying she wasn't there yesterday when this happened also giving me false information about the days I was there I'm explaining to her what is going on and I felt as if she disregarded everything I was saying i can tell she felt the frustration in my voice as she said mam I'm trying to help you I wasn't here yesterday so .. when it happened which is fine but have some professionalism when speaking to a parent who thought their child had covid the entire time. She then puts me on hold without telling me. If that was the "supervisor" she needs a new job. Nonetheless, I will not believe any results coming from these people unless I'm seeing them physically. Have some professionalism people. I wish I can name each person I spoke to on the phone so their position can get reevaluated. read more

My first and last time going here for treatment. Was asked three times during my visit to verify the pharmacy I wanted my prescription to go to. Later that evening no prescription at the pharmacy. I proceeded to call Urgent Care to see what the issue was. I was asked which pharmacy I wanted my prescription to go to again. I told the young lady that they should have it on file since I gave it to them three times during my visit. She proceeded to tell me she's doing that so she doesn't have to look for it in my file. So I give her the address again and she says she will send it over. So a day later still no prescription at the pharmacy. I call yet again to see what's going on. I have to jump through hula hoops to finally speak to a supervisor. This is only after I ask which pharmacy do you have in my file.The supervisor proceeds to ask me the same question. ''Which pharmacy do I want it to go to". She then tells me it probably wasn't saved so it was booted to the "nearest pharmacy". So this means twice in the same day it wasn't saved and therefore was booted to the nearest pharmacy. So I call the "nearest pharmacy" and long behold they have no prescription under neither of my two telephone numbers. Thank God this wasn't any life saving medication that was needed. Because I might be dead and my family would have a huge lawsuit. Either get your employees in order or get your computer system in order before someone dies because of this. read more
