Today, after spraining my foot, I was fortunate to have Dr. Moon care for me again. Even though it was close to closing time, she never rushed through my visit. She took the time to carefully examine my injury, answer all of my questions, and make sure I understood my treatment plan. My partner and I waited for the doctor and when he came in he was rude and dismissive, said "I doubt it" when I said I was wearing shoes when it happened, which was true. Zero bedside manner with an empty waiting room. He got it out after telling me they "might not have the tools for that here." It had happened just a few hours before, it wasn't a case for the ER. The best part is that it was fast because it was relatively empty, besides that it would have been worth driving to a further urgent care.

Turn right INTO the first driveway you see which has a banner that says "HURTT FAMILY HEALTH CLINIC ------". Pull into that driveway and park, go up to the gate and press the button and someone will buzz you in. Walk straight ahead, towards the middle go all the way down the hallway and make a right and you are there. Michelle and Martha the medical assistants are always helpful and polite. The office has a lot of chairs and it's nice and clean. There's also a padded play section in the corner with some books, toys and things for the little littles. Rafael the RDH (registered dental hygienist) does such and amazing job at deep cleanings and perio-maintenance. He is super thorough and explaines everything he is doing and lets you know what else has to be done to maintain a healthy smile. Rocio my dental technician was super nice she took my blood pressure (which is always higher than normal when I have appts anywhere especially at the dentist office.) I was getting fitted for some implants and she needed to do some initial impressions (molds) which she did a great job at letting me know which impression would work or not. She was very gentle and let me know exactly what she was going to do before it happened. She made me feel less anxious through the whole process. And they give you orange stuff on a little pad thing to clean off the excess plaster off yourself. In my case i used it to clean off the area around my mouth but hahahahahah that stuff was allllllllll over my face! YIKES!!!! I have to go back for some more fittings and things but so far so good.

He was pretty attentive and explained everything. Very down to earth guy. I was bit nervous because I first thought he was gonna be dismissive but Im getting a really thorough tests done and referal finally! He even called me later to add a referal I mentioned to the nurse then forgot to tell him. Took me only 5 YEARS to find someone who would listen.

There was a lady in the front that had an attitude and was not positive which affected the experience however, Jose really went above and beyond. He helped push my wheelchair and even brought in a boot and called other clinics to see if they would be able to take my insurance. Unfortunately they do not have imaging at this urgent care so if anyone has laceration issues, do not come here. I felt really cared by Jose and he went above and beyond for the service. It really made the experience bearable since I do not like hospital settings.

Chan, who took the time to carefully listen to my symptoms and thoroughly examine me. He paid close attention to the details, clearly explained my diagnosis, and walked me through the prescribed treatment and medications. What stood out most was his genuine concern for his patients. He let me know that if the copay for my medication at CVS was too high, I could call the office and he would gladly prescribe an alternative that was more affordable. That level of care and consideration is rare and greatly appreciated. The check-in staff were also very kind and welcoming, which helped make the entire experience even more comfortable. I would highly recommend this urgent care to anyone who gets anxious about medical visits or is looking to be seen within a reasonable amount of time. The two ladies helping me with that process were great, they were very helpful in explaining things. I was seen quickly, within 10-15 minutes of my arrival. Sergio helped with taking my vitals and noting my symptoms. He repeated my blood pressure test after the first one was pretty high. He encouraged me to relax in between and breathe deeply. Of course, the second reading was better. He was very professional and compassionate! I saw Dr. Victor Nekrasov, who did a thorough examination and discussed the symptoms I've been having. I felt that his questions were good, and I did not feel rushed at all during my time with him. He prescribed a few meds, and I was on my way. They confirmed which pharmacy I preferred, and I opted for CVS located across the street. I was encouraged to return to the clinic and/or follow up with my PCP if symptoms did not improve. It was a very good experience overall, and I would not hesitate to return or recommend this facility to others.

The office staff seemed extremely disorganized, and the lack of communication was disappointing, especially for something as simple as scheduling a new patient appointment.
