My whole experience here was wonderful! From the moment I walked in Amber at the front desk was warm, welcoming and so friendly. She was a terrific first impression and settled my nerves. Once I got taken into the back, Michele took the BEST care of me. She was kind, considerate and talked me through everything. Especially when my nerves started to kick in, she was an absolute rock. I was also helped by Alex who did my X-rays and made the entire experience so easy and effortless. The NP Mitchell was thorough, walked me through all of my stats, addressed any concerns I had and made sure to get a holistic picture of me and my health. I was able to make a reservation online, and was quickly processed by the friendly front desk assistant Alyssa when I arrived. Leilani was very thorough during my triage, Alex was quick and efficient at my blood draw and xray, and Vicki went above and beyond making sure that all of the paperwork I needed for my nursing school physical was in perfect order. Unfortunately I have some ongoing health issues and am a regular at ER's and Urgent Cares. This place is amazing. I've only been to their Valencia location. 4 times now and every time they have gone above and beyond. This most recent visit was on 4th of July and literally before closing. It was and yet all 3 employees I interacted with were kind, professional and so supportive. Alyssa at the front office, Gracie back office, Sukhpal helped me over the phone when I called in and then when I got there. And lastly the NP Bettina is the BEST!!! I hope you don't need to go to urgent care but if you find yourself needing to, this is the place to go! read more

This is the best urgent care in all of the Santa Clarita valley! The front desk staff and the nurses & doctors are all top notch. My daughter was recently seen by Dr Brian and Michelle, who were both so great with her and had great bedside manner. Though I was in extreme pain I had a great and rapid experience at this location. All the staff were very caring, attentive, and very helpful. My 3 year old son had a really bad cough and I brought him into AFC urgent care and they were excellent! He was seen right away. Everyone was kind and thoughtful and explained the process he went through with the breathing treatment and medicine well. He was protesting taking the medicine but with the help of Michele who was well versed in playfully getting a child to take medicine along with the other nurses, he calmed down and took it all. I waited for more than an hour to see a doctor and was in a lot of pain. The receptionist told me it would be a 10 minute wait and clearly she was wrong. Even after sitting in the office, it took an additional 45 minutes. Being an HSP, I could literally feel myself getting super exhausted and also burst into tears. It was irritating and upsetting. I almost walked out even after paying $$ and waiting over an hour before being seen. If you're dying, I would not recommend. If you're mildly in pain, go for it. read more

But this location was the complete opposite, everything felt relaxed, the staff was friendly, and the nurse who helped me was kind and helpful. The wait time was only about 20 minutes too. I had an appt on 11-17-2025. They verified my insurance and I was in agreement with a $15 copay. Post appointment, I was charged the $15. All is good. Jump to 01-02-2026. I WAS CHARGED $115 due to their failure to verify the insurance and charged me rather than my insurance. I was provided no bill, I had no notification of this prior and I did not agree to any extra charges besides the original amount of $15. This is not allowed and is called balance billing. I have attempted to get ahold of the location and the billing department, and they do not answer my calls. Unbelievable read more

Your "PA" seemed more like he is covering his ##tt than practicing good medicine without seeing my history with your clinic and my ADD & MILD ANXIETY he requires a letter from my Dr. It's not so much the requirement as is the side-eyed suspicious and disbelieving way in which he approached my disability which has been WELL MANAGED in the record at your clinic for years. It is both insensitive and hurtful, both of which she was totally oblivious to. I will change clinics starting next year. read more

Most recently, I was there for my son who sprained his ankle. They treated my son so sweetly and made sure to send us on our way with x ray images, referrals and notes for follow up doctors and school. The front desk ladies are very friendly and excellent customer service. You book online for appointment and is simple to do registration. They will call you if your booked appointment is running behind and will ask for you to come in a little later, so you don't have to wait in the waiting room. I was really impressed with how attentive and organized this team is. Everyone works together so smoothly and really pays attention to the urgency of each patient. I was seen right away for the immediate issue and then for the rest of my care in the order of arrival -- it made such a difference. They helped stop the bleeding quickly so I wasn't left sitting there soaked in blood like it was expected at another urgent care down the street. The care honestly starts from the front desk and stays consistent the whole way through. AFC Urgent Care does a great job of taking care of their patients, from the moment I checked in with Alyssa. Jaedynn took me in for my vitals and was extremely friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Suhk took me for x-rays, and was great, professional and thorough, both the other day, and two weeks ago. Vicki also assisted in my care and was awesome, along with Jennifer, (NP), who was extremely knowledgeable, and very thorough in her assessment, and with the care and treatment I received. Overall, my experience was great! I've been there at least 4 times, and each visit has been excellent. Yes, I do highly recommend this Urgent Care, especially if you're looking for one that truly cares about your health and your recovery, which doesn't apply to all Urgent Care Facilities... This was my second visit in as many weeks, unfortunately, but they took good care of my needs, and I'm feeling better as each day passes. I think the people are awesome, and the facility is very sanitary, however, I hope I don't have to see them again, any time soon!
