Milton made me feel as though he was a Doctor and knew what he was doing. The staff is knowledgeable, professional and very friendly. The facility is very clean with updated medical equipment and electronic devices. This place is in a well lit, safe surrounding in a nice shopping center. The wait time when we went was not long and I appreciated that. When you're sick you'd rather be home in bed than in an urgent care. I highly recommend this Urgent Care.

From the friendly and patient front and back office staff, to my knowledgeable and highly professional PA, Harold Wong, who I have gained immense trust in. Dr. Wong listens carefully to my concerns during visits, and has greatly improved the condition of my health since I first began going to SCV Quality are. His knowledge in primary care is remarkable, and I appreciate that he always considers my specific situations for my care. My lab results have all normalized under his care, and I credit Dr. Wong completely for that. Can't forget the staff. All the staff I have encountered at this facility are incredibly friendly, professional, and efficient. I had to make a new appointment and came back with the appointment card that they gave me for the appointment that they said I did not have. Now strike three, I came in for blood work on my day off today. A week before my appointment like my dr told me to do. They said they couldn't do it because it says on the paperwork to come in April. I told her my appointment was April 3 and this was a week before. Then I ask is the dr in today, she said he comes in at 9:00am (it's 8:45am). Okay I gave her the paper for the bloodwork to give to the dr when he came in. Because I'll be in the area for a couple of hours. I called at 10:20am to see if the dr got the massage. She said she emailed him ( email dr why there in the same office). Called again at12:00pm as I'm leaving the area. Again they said the email him and then I said I'll do it when I have my appointment on April 3. So I fasted for nothing. Then I got a call 1:55pm saying I can do the bloodwork today. Really!!! I'm not in the area anymore and it take them over 4 hours to get back to me when the doctor is a few feet away. WOW I think I'm going to look for new doctor. Very disappointed

I went into the emergency department around 5-6pm. I was in such excruciating pain that I was…read moreunable to talk. I checked in at the front desk pale, weak and visibly unable to answer my identity questions. It took 5 minutes after I sat down in the waiting room to announce to the front desk lady that I needed emergency help & could no longer take my pain. It felt like something had exploded in my stomach, and I couldn't breathe my chest felt heavy. She proceeded to tell me she would fast track me but "need to take a seat because there's people ahead of you." After realizing that nobody was coming to my rescue I began to cry in the waiting chair, still in excruciating pain. it was 10-15 minutes after that I was taken back for vitals. So visibly weak, the nurse asked my height and I was unable to state it, my boyfriend proceeded to tell her I was in pain and couldn't speak, her response was "So that means she doesn't know her height?" So unprofessional and makes you feel VERY helpless in a place where you'd expect to get all the help you need. I will definitely not be coming back and would rather die in pain than to sit and play "whose attitudes worse" at this hospital. It's very obvious the nurses attitudes are priority over sick patients.

I left a message to please have Dr or nurse practitioner call me back as I was in need of my DR. Is not an ER situation. And nobody ever called me back. So disappointed. Again this is my first experience I'm hoping it gets better. The care I get is very good. But I can do without attitude. Smile ladies. Life is good.

Unfortunately you cannot receive follow up care or more in depth testing at urgent care or the emergency department and this can be interpreted as medical neglect and should be filed against the medical board and insurance companies. It's asinine to be unable to procure adequate care from this physician in a timely manner. By the time you secure an appointment you probably will be over said illness and he'll look at you condescendingly and ask you why are you even here for? If you're not sick anymore.
