He's punctual and respectful of our time. He offers a good value for his work and charges a reasonable rate. He can be busy. Sometimes he is able to get to us quickly and sometimes we have to wait longer. But that is out of his control, I would assume, and just luck. I'd really recommend using his company for your appliance repair. It's always been cheaper for us to repair than replace, and I like to think more sustainable. Most things he has been able to fix same day. When our dryer broke, he did have to order a part. After giving us a quote, I was unsure if we were going to fix or replace. He encouraged us to take time to shop around and let him know what we decided. He's really great to work with.

So 3 nights ago while cooking dinner I realized my oven wasn't heating up, the stove top and broiler worked fine so I called Tyson to schedule appointment, next day he arrived exactly on time, assessed the issue and ordered the part locally, he arrived bright and early next day with the element and replaced it and tidied up his work area and was finished in under 1 hour.
