I dealt with Aynek twice, the first experience was good and he got my refrigerator working quickly and the rates were reasonable. The second time was not so good. The tech showed up with his young child, whom we learned is afraid of dogs. When he came to the door my girlfriend answered and only opened the door a crack to keep three excited friendly poodles from going out. She did not have the opportunity to contain the dogs before he pushed the door open and the dogs ran out. At some point while attempting to "wrangle" the dogs he cursed at my girlfriend and got in his vehicle. He sent me a text stating that I would have to find someone else to work in my dishwasher. Saying the dogs should have been secured. We had no idea he was bringing his young daughter, we were only given a "window" of time for his arrival, he pushed the door open unexpectedly. Kennya, installed a pump from his car he had on hand which looked extremely used and installed it on my washer and charged $188 for a repair that stated he offered a 90 day full warranty for his work. Once, he left, the washer didn't work nor did I witness it working before he left. My wife came running in my study and said it wouldnt spin and leaked water all over the floor. I called him to explain the issue and he immediately said he would pick up the pump and provide a refund as he couldnt be bothered. After a few hours I tried to contact him again to see what time he was coming over but this time he created a brand new message on his phone that his company is now closed for another 2 weeks in which case to leave me high and dry and not come over like he said he would or ever again it appears. I was sent to this company through a home warranty company. I received an email with a date and time A half hour before the end of the window I called the technician to be sure he is coming. He tells me the company called and he did not get a call back. I asked him what number he called because I hadn't received any calls. I couldn't even finish and this guys starts yelling over the phone telling me "he's talking" and he's "not doing the work." Obviously a communication problem with him, me and Home Warranty Company. Also, I have an answering machine. I have no messages so I'm not sure who was called. This is certainly something that could easily have been handled proffesionally.
