If you haven't been here you may wonder how they stay in business with a Cricket corporate store in the same shopping center. It's because you actually get knowledgeable, helpful service, directly dealing with someone who is an expert, not some roll-of-the-dice likely untrained customer service person who has an attitude and is pissed off before you even speak. Coming here once often saves me hours and hours being passed around on phone customer service with wireless providers to customer service reps who don't understand the actual technology or how cell service actually works. What sets David apart is his calm demeanor--not anyone can do the job he is doing. Half the time I have been there there are other people being helped, but I have never waited long. read more

Fantastic customer service! My daughter and her puppy royally messed up her iPhone on Christmas Day. The screen was shattered and half of it was black and unresponsive. We were thinking we would have to spend hundreds of dollars to replace it but figured we would look up phone repair shops on Yelp on a whim. David was the only company to message me back and quoted me a reasonable price to fix the phone. We dropped it off and picked it up the same day looking brand new and working perfectly. We were so relieved and grateful to have the phone fixed for a fraction of the price of a new phone. We will always use David in the future rather than rushing out to buy a new phone. I've been in the cellphone business since 2008 going back in forth with my teaching profession, and in 2012 I opened my first store in Sacramento. Since then this is my third location and I'm very happy to serve my hometown of Chico. Here at All N 1 Cellular we have created a Showroom of over 10 Cellular Carriers, we buy/sell New & Used Phones and offer repairs to most devices.

Within one hour, he diagnosed that the problem was software related. He "cleaned-up" our system, removed old unused software and applications, and added an application that monitored our temperature and fan speed. It was truly successful and Kevin indicated that we can easily get another five years our of our 2019 laptop. We originally thought that it was a plug vent or broken fan, but rather Keven explained that too much unused software and applications can cause this overheating. Update to my earlier review - I again used All in 1 Cellular in June 2020 when I broke the glass on my cell phone and again in January 2021 when the same cell phone was crashing randomly. Both times David was able to repair my phone in a timely manner all the while being forthright about the repair outcome and not over promising any results. He definitely delivered wonderful results during both repairs. I highly recommended that if you have an issue with your cell phone or tablet that you contact David at All in 1 Cellular about repairing said device. I cannot reccommend David at All N 1 Cellular in Chico enough! This was my first expierence needing a screen repair and he really went above and beyond by offering a loaner phone to me for the 5 days that it was going to take for the screen to show up after being ordered, as well as replacing the outter edge on my phone so it didn't look so beat up, but he is also the best priced place in Chico! I had sent out a request for a quote through Yelp and All N 1Cellular responded quickly and had the best price in town for repairing my shattered iPhone 6s screen (about $20-$30 cheaper than anywhere else). I took my phone in today and was told it would be done in an hour or so, so I went and ran errands. Upon returning, the staff had my phone completed and even charged it and provided free tempered glass on my screen to prevent it from happening again. I have used this business on multiple occasions when I needed repairs and the owner is so mellow and laid back and just handles everything that I have thrown at him. He is a local company and that means a lot to me too. I rather give my money to a local business than some overpriced big box store. I am yet to be disappointed with his completely capable repairs. If you're not sure where to go I would definitely recommend checking this place out and save time and money getting any repairs done.
