I had a laptop for about a month. My daughter got ahold of it and broke my screen. I had taken it back to Best Buy, where they had me send it back to Geek Squad HQ in Kentucky. Where it was there for about two months and was going to cost me about $400-$500. They called me back and told me they couldn't fix my screen...Told Chris about it & got it back within two weeks. Chris was a great person to work with. My granddaughter's computer was so messed up with viruses I couldn't get it to open let alone have any malware program either install or open. Chris took it in, copied all her important files and wiped her hard drive. I had told him I thought that her Office program was pirated but that I used Open Office anyway so don't worry about it. I wasn't available for almost a week but the computer was ready when I was. When I got it home it booted right up, all the files were there and imagine my surprise that he had even installed Open Office and an antivirus for me! All this for less than 50 bucks!
