The guy ran around and sugar coated and low balled me for $15 for corsair 8gb 4x2 1333mhz ram, A-Data 8GB (4x2) 1600mhz, and I quote from his mouth "A piece of s*** laptop" Asus 2.4gz Intel celeron dual core 4gb of ram and a 256gb crucial solid state drive that I installed in there because my aunt gave me a laptop to repair and I didn't have the proof of purchase for it, but I did for the ram. That's fine. He apparently was getting agitated because I was knowledgable about hardware, and since I'm an Engineer, and have been an IT professional for the past 11 years I was respectful, calm, and strictly doing business about the items I had on hand. I am a customer who actually knows their stuff. I then said, "I know what you're doing - buying this stuff cheap so you can profit from it, and I'm aware and cool with that, but you're talking about a reputation for what? I don't know? All I asked for was an offer that I asked for two times, and you gave me an offer for 15 bucks and being not interested is not clear. Business is not business without going back and forth and working out a deal. That's part of the job. The guy not only disrespected me, he yelled at me, and kicked me out of his non business like shop. I said, "Wow!! You're kicking me out!?" I grabbed my things and then he slammed the door behind me!! I would call you sir, but you're nothing more than a flea. You're a loose cannon and most likely bipolar. Very unprofessional, especially when this guy had a client in the shop while I was in there to witness what happened. I went across the street to the other shop to sell the same items and the computer world shop on street road and both of them were very professional and also said bad things about you and said you've also yelled at them to give you business. This is part of the computer world dude. You fix, you sell, you deal with people giving you business through referrals no matter what it is. Don't be an a**h***!!!

Exceptional Service and Transparency - Highly Recommended! I…read morecannot recommend JJ Electrocity (740 Red Lion Rd) enough! I brought in my Samsung Galaxy Note20 Ultra 5G after it suddenly started draining the battery in minutes, wouldn't hold a charge, and forced itself into a "safety lock" airplane mode that blocked access to all my photos, contacts, and documents. I was panicked thinking I'd have to buy a new phone and lose my data. From the moment I called, the owner, J, was incredibly helpful. When I arrived at the shop (located right at the intersection of Red Lion & Verree), I was greeted with a warm smile and a kind personality. The most impressive part of the experience was their transparency. They have a camera at the technician's desk linked to an overhead TV screen. J and the tech showed me a magnified view of my phone's internals so I could see the exact damage to the battery conductor/connector. I was even able to watch the technician perform the repair live on the screen! It was fascinating and gave me total peace of mind. They had the exact part I needed in stock, and instead of walking out with a "dead" phone, I walked out just an hour later with my device cleaned and working perfectly. While I was waiting, I noticed a steady stream of customers dropping off and picking up laptops, game consoles, and cell phones, which clearly shows how much the community trusts them. They also have a great selection of supplies like cases, chargers, iPads, and Ring security cameras. If you need any electronic repairs, go to JJ Electrocity. Fast, honest, and expert service! The business is known for its fast turnaround times, with many repairs completed within an hour, and they offer competitive, honest pricing.

In the 10 years I've been in this role, we've gone through 3 different providers, and Total Technology Resources is - by far - the best. Their staff is knowledgeable and helpful, it's easy to get in touch with them, they treat urgent matters with urgency, and it genuinely feels like they are concerned with the overall success of our firm - not just with completing tickets. The owner and other senior staff are proactive in identifying issues that require their high-level expertise; I never have to beg them to escalate an issue. They also provide excellent long- and medium-term advice, work promptly on projects, etc. It feels like a partnership. And from the comparison shopping I did before we selected them, the value seems outstanding. 100 / 100.
