We found him randomly at a time when my elderly mom was having a lot of computer issues and was getting confused easily. Which can be scary given the world of scammers looking to take advantage of elderly folks online, etc. I live far away from my mom so couldn't help her directly, but happened to meet Mitch when I was in town when we needed someone and now I have him go help my mom all the time. From everything to do with the printer, her phone, her computer, her wireless router, even her cable TV. And now I have him helping my elderly Aunt - again across all the electronics and computer and phone kinds of things. I'm super super grateful for his services. He's reasonably priced (we can't afford anything but what we need), he's communicative and he looks out to anticipate problems not just react to the ones that have already happened - which is great. Mark was quick to respond and very helpful. In clueless when it comes to the model number and all on my laptop so he helped me figure out where to find numbers so I can better identify the costs. I dropped the laptop off on a Friday and it was fixed by Tuesday. I live off of my laptop because I'm in graduate school and need it for my education, so the time it took to be repaired was alot quicker then I expected-- which I am very pleased about. Met Mark in his home in Parkwood and showed him what needed to be fixed. He went downstairs and checked on pricing for the part and shipping costs and originally quoted me $100 for the job- then said it would be an additional 25 because of shipping costs or whatever.. . which I didn't mind because it was still a way cheaper quote then I received from others.
