Now that we were late (without notice, mind you...because I'd been on hold), they suggested that the office had stopped seeing patients after 1:30...it was now 1:40 (P.S. the dental technician kindly agreed to see him even though we were late)...the ONLY good experience Then I asked to speak with the Office Manager, but (of course) she didn't work on Saturdays. I was told that I could call to speak with her on Monday. What a shock. NOT. I wonder if, when I call, I will be put on endless hold again?? I had a very frustrating experience with Dr. Patel regarding a crown procedure. My first crown at…read morethis office done by a different dentist was completed perfectly no gum pain, no swelling, no sensitivity, and no bite issues. Because of that positive experience, I expected similar care with my second crown. Unfortunately, that was not the case. I had to return approximately six times for adjustments related to my right and left crown. During this time, I was unable to chew on my right side for nearly three weeks. As a result of compensating by chewing only on my left, my left molar filling eventually failed and had to be redone. The second crown procedure was extremely uncomfortable. After placement, I experienced ongoing pain when chewing, specifically along the gum line, as if the tooth was pressing into the gum tissue. It felt bruised or cut. I repeatedly requested that the crown be properly measured and adjusted not just the bite, but also the inside/top surface, which was rubbing against my tongue and causing a noticeable lisp. Although the bite was adjusted, the internal contour issue was not corrected despite multiple requests. Instead, the conversation repeatedly shifted toward discussing the possibility of a root canal. I found this concerning, as I did not have these issues prior to the crown placement. My discomfort appeared mechanical in nature (fit and contour), not nerve-related. I clearly communicated what I was feeling it is my mouth, and I know when something feels uneven. The crown on the right side feels smaller compared to the left when I run my tongue across it. Despite multiple measurements and visits, the problem remains unresolved. I am disappointed with the inconsistency in care and being transferred between different providers instead of continuing with the dentist who did my first successful crown. I expected precision and follow-through, especially after multiple return visits. Patients deserve to feel heard and to have fit-related concerns fully addressed before being advised toward more invasive procedures.

Since his passing things have gone sideways, as they are now trying to over bill people after showing costs for procedures and even having us sign off on these saying we are aware of charges. The new owners do not care about patients as was stated to my mother when she called to speak with someone other than the front desk. I have gone for many years to get cavities filled but most recently had my two teeth ruined and shaved down so now I can feel everything and can not chew on the right side of my mouth anymore. Make sure to get a second opinion if your going to this place, they are bogus!
