I went to the one on Dunn Avenue Jacksonville FL. I went in for my appt. and waited quite a while and went to the back for a repair to my 55 year old lower denture. I showed the woman what was wrong that needed repair and she took it to the back to the lab and told me it would be $205.00 to be paid before the service was rendered. She told me to come and pick them up at three pm which was about four hours. A different woman went and got my teeth and cleaned them in the sink and I put them in and they were the same as when I brought them in. I told her they hadn't been fixed so I showed her where they needed fixing. I also noticed a metal piece protruding from the plastic gum part, right below where the top of the teeth needed fixing. She went back and forth several times and finally she said "well, he fixed that tooth right there, which was a tooth that was replaced by another dentist maybe 10 years ago. I also noticed they did something to a tooth in the front on the other side that is now dark and showing through to make it look like I had a cavity. I emailed them when I got home after a good cry and again the next morning. I got a call and he had the right name but was calling for some bogus set up for some appts. I told him what happened and he said he would look into it and get back to me and I didn't hear anything else. I think I emailed Corporate this morning with no avail. My appt. was 3 days ago so we will see. I am not going to let it go. I will take them to small claims court if I have to. I am on a fixed income and $205.00 is a lot of money.. read more

This was not only disappointing but a waste of my time & gas. Dr Peters is tooo old & unable to communicate & simply confusing. Not only do I not recommend - I'm being honest - don't waste your $ or your time. There are much better options! read more

My father went here for dentures after his old pair, which last 20+ years, fell and broke. His doctor said they were affordable. My father had to spend about 6 hours out of an 8 hour day in the office, mostly waiting. This is because of the dozens of people they schedule for the same time slots. That low price quoted over the phone when scheduling the appointment must have been for throw away Halloween teeth, because once they got Dad in the chair they called and told me that "custom-fitted" dentures with a 1-year warranty cost 3 times the price of the amount quoted by phone. I ask you-- what good are dentures to anyone unless they are custom fitted? So we paid the higher price for custom-fit dentures with 60 day free adjustments. After a couple weeks, Dad was consistently complaining that they hurt and didn't fit well. When I called to schedule an adjustment, the receptionist ACTIVELY DISCOURAGED me from bringing him in for an adjustment, stating "well they fit him fine when he was here." After 7 months, my father threw away the dentures because they still hurt and didn't fit well. Bottom line-- the dentures and the customer service here are trash. Save yourself money in the long run by going somewhere with a better reputation from Day 1. read more

My husband bought some dentures here 3 years ago. with a 4 year warranty. They cracked down the middle so we returned to get them fixed. We were told that it would cost $365. because only the teeth falling out are covered under the warranty. but nowhere in their office does the warranty say it doesn't cover the acrylic housing, only covers the teeth, A warranty should cover the entire denture. That's like getting a tv and the cord is covered but not the tv tube. We went ahead paid to have them fixed and we waited all day. when we were called back to get them. The guy put them in and they fell right out. They did not fit. Dr Tellios came and said the old ones he had fit like that. and they did not. I told him that they did not fall out of his mouth and they fit better than this. and he told me no they didn't. He was rude, would not let my husband complete a sentence before interrupting him. His assistant Trevor spoke up and said he would do a soft reline till we could return after the holidays. to have them done again. Trevor was the only reason my husband walked out with dentures that fit till we returned. He put something temp. in to make them tighter. Trevor was pleasant and seemed to actually care for what was going on. When we returned 2 weeks later I walked in with my husband and he did a new impression. He told him that the new teeth will fit right and that He would not need the denture glue. Again we sat there all day. When they called us back a lady we had not seen came in. She came in acting rude. and told my husband they will be loose but it takes up to 24 hrs to get the suction. The sound of that is just stupid. what will they change shape over 24 hrs? They did not fit tight. The dr came in and when my husband started to ask him a question he interrupted him and started telling him that he doesn't have anything for the gums to attach to . and he has been doing this for so many years. and the only dentures that fit right are implants. I then spoke up and said you said He would not need and denture glue. Then what he said shocked me. He said that I wasn't there and he said that he never said that. So basically He called me a lier. and I was there all day both times. He may need to check with his assistant next time who remembered I was in the room. My husband had them to add the soft reline again to make them tight. I don't understand why they couldn't add more of the hard stuff to do the same thing. Anyway, we will not be back. I do not recommend anyone ever take anyone here. They mislead you on the warranty. when u question anything Dr. Tellios will not let you speak. Rudest Dr. I have ever been around. read more

I noticed there were little to no reviews for this business on Yelp or any other site on the Internet. It's not everyday that a person needs dentures but my husband found himself in that situation after his dentures, which he had for 12 years, broke in 3 places. There are different prices for the dentures you select. Of course we all know you get what you pay for so think about that fact when choosing. The office staff and dental assistant were all very nice and professional. Everything was explained in good deal regarding prices and the details in constructing the dentures. The dentist came off a little brusque at first but he was actually very helpful and let my husband know about some tips for his oral health. read more

This location has to be the worst one I have ever been to the staff was very nice and helpful but the dr (dentist) is the rudest worst customer service does not know how to talk to and has no compassion what so ever look at all reviews on all sites wish I had 95% are bad I have been to more then 4 other locations in other cities and state all wonderful so never thought to look but old saying is buyer beware I should have read more

Not impressed slow service and kinda rude staff I will not return. They take on to many patients and cannot get you out in a timely manner. I've been to other same day denture locations and never had pay this much or wait this much. read more
