I am so disappointed in this company. We have used them with no problem before. But this time was unbelievable. We order a dumpster for Thursday and it never showed up and they Reassured us they would be there the next day for sure. We had a renovation crew coming in to remodel our living room but because they never showed up with the dumpster we lost out on the chance to demo and renovated and were charged 1200 for the crews time. When we spoke to the company they hung up on us. And acting like it didn't matter. They have 0 customer service skills. Please dont waste your time just go somewhere else. They aren't worth the drama. And we are still waiting for our refund of 600. Oh and dont call after 3pm because they put you on a hold line that will drop you once it's your turn. Nightmare in getting the dumpster picked up! I sent text messages, emails, and many phone calls, EVERYTIME getting a different person. Was charged extra... I scheduled a dumpster for Monday. I called on Monday afternoon, they stated there was a computer problem. The dumpster would come Tuesday, No phone call from them, no apology. I had people there to load it on Monday. The dumpster was to be picked up the following Thursday, they did not come. According to them they attempted to pick it the following Monday. Nobody had showed up. They stated the dumpster was too full and could not be removed. The came Wednesday(1 week late), the dumpster was at the same level as it was on Monday and picked it up. They charged a $250 inconvenience fee for it no being ready on Monday. DO NOT DEAL WITH THESE PEOPLE! read more

This company scams customers. There is no way the customer would know that 3000 lb allowance for 30 yd dumpster is almost nothing while other companies include 10,000 lb. The "outstanding new customer" deal they offer of $500 will end up being over $1000 when they charge you weight overage. Further, if you swap dumpsters and get a second one, they don't send you right away the bill for the overage of the first one, so that you get scammed a second time for overage. I regret not having read these reviews before since everyone is having a similar problem. I ended up paying $500 + $570 for the first dumpster and $500 + $775 for the second one. The worst company you can choose. Pick anyone else. They charge you by the pound and never give you a real weight slip. I ordered a 20 yard dumpster and they said the weight of contents was 7k. The original charge for a 20 yard dumpster was 479.00, 2 weeks after picking the dumpster up they charge my card an additional 378.00 saying the weight was 6200 pounds. The materials I put in there weighing 4080 pounds at the very most. That is over 800 dollars for 17 square of shingles. They lie and diseve there customers. They must be adding material to the dumpster before the land fill cause there is no way my dumpster weighed 6200 pounds. They are ripping everyone off and need to be shut down. read more

Company was supposed to drop off on a friday-called me to cancel bc the truck broke down-and that they could deliver THREE DAYS LATER. What a rip off. I rented a dumpster from these clowns and didn't fill it the entire way to the top. It was some bedroom furniture and old papers and so forth from cleaning out my deceased parents home. They picked it up 3+ weeks ago and are now asking for an additional $100 as they are saying there was 2800# of garbage in there. they are full of it. Call Cox's Boxes. They are fair and honest and will let you keep the dumpster for pretty much as long as you need with no extra charges. Their rentals are practically scams. I rented a 30 yard dumpster that only included 3000 lbs with a $70 per 1000lb overage charge not realizing how little 3000 lbs is. I received an extra charge of $350 after the dumpster was returned. You can't even fill a 30 yard dumpster 1/4 full and stay under 3000 pounds. Do not order from this company. $850 for a dumpster rental is robbery! Most other companies include 10,000 lbs for a dumpster that size. I will NEVER order from them again. read more

I tried to use this company to rent a dumpster. I ordered it 3 weeks before I needed it. They never called or showed up. I had to call multiple times on multiple days to get any information. All they ever said was it would be delivered the next day. Never showed up never called. The last day I spoke with a so called supervisor who couldn't do anything. Asked to talk to owner and was told he doesn't talk to customers. Very poorly trained people work here. Will never call them or recommend them to anyone. read more

Affordable Dumpster Rental was quite literally the worst customer service I've ever experienced. They are a national company not local. I called over 15 times to have a dumpster removed from my property. After about 10 'we will pick it up in 1-2 business days' they finally came back saying they had already picked up the dumpster and didn't believe it was theirs. What a joke. I requested the dumpster be picked up 6/28 and on 7/13 I had to call the number on the side of the dumpster threatening to sell the container if it wasn't removed from my property. It was picked up by a separate company 7/14. Affordable Dumpster Rental did not own the dumpster, charged substantially more for weight (most companies give 3000 pounds free, this company only gives 1000), and didn't even provide the transportation services of the dumpster that I paid for. Save yourself a headache. Do not use this company under any circumstances. read more

Affordable Rentals, who falsely lead you to believe they are a local company, agreed to deliver a dumpster on September 9, 2022. No call, no show. After numerous phone calls, emails and texts on my part, a dumpster arrives one week later on 9/16/22. I notified them on 10/5/22 that we needed to have the full dumpster removed. Notified them again on 10/8/22, and again on 10/10/22 because we needed another dumpster brought in (from a different company) on 10/10/22. They asked if their driver would be able to get to their dumpster, and I told them that I would need to get there on 10/11/22 to see. I received a notice on 10/10/22 that they were charging me for having their driver go to the site and not being able to pick up. This is a terrible, brokering only service. Be advised. read more
