What I especially liked is how Kevin, the owner, double checked whether the old unit could be repaired, provided two quotes (standard and high efficiency), and installed the new Bryant unit. There is no separate sales and installation teams. It was clean, eventless, and done in 4 hours. Another co, recommended by ConsEnergy, gave a quote that was more for a standard unit. The second, smaller 22-year-old AC died the next day!! And what was really amazing is how they sent over Josh within an hour of my text to diagnose and fix that one!! Seriously stellar service. Would have preferred that the technician that came over be a little older (he appeared in late 20's) and seemed unsure at times about some of the components in the furnace. He was also a little heavy on the sales pitch for me to buy a new furnace. But overall the problem was fixed that day so can't complain too much.

I…read morecalled to complain then they put me on call sending to one department to other for about 2 hours. Finally, someone said I will get a call in two days but no one called be and spoke to me. Most of thier call centre employees do not have knowledge on thier products, no listening and customer experience skills. They keep transferring customers to one department to other and other department again transfers back to the one who transferred. It goes on loop every time. Also, one of their plumbers visited my home for service and he misbehaved with me in 2023. I have complained about it then General Manager called me and emailed me to apologize and promised they will take action but I never got any update on that.
