What I especially liked is how Kevin, the owner, double checked whether the old unit could be repaired, provided two quotes (standard and high efficiency), and installed the new Bryant unit. There is no separate sales and installation teams. It was clean, eventless, and done in 4 hours. Another co, recommended by ConsEnergy, gave a quote that was more for a standard unit. The second, smaller 22-year-old AC died the next day!! And what was really amazing is how they sent over Josh within an hour of my text to diagnose and fix that one!! Seriously stellar service. They also replacement an electrical tubing W/ wires to get the street lamp to work. But still no lights. So they dug another hole on the right side of my driveway. And bingo they finally hit gold. So What they did to fix the three sprinklers lines. All failed due to poor workmanship. With the help from Aqua Mist I have the parts to do the job the right way. The installer Randy was a very professional guy, very patient with me, as I was asking him a 100 million questions and basically trying to talk to him while he was working. finally, I figured out he couldn't work and talk at the same time very well. so I left him alone I also have to give Randy credit, the 1st day he arrived to do the job, while they were removing the old furnace, randy's helper ended up hurting his back and having to leave so for 2 days Randy worked by himself on the 3rd day they brought him 2 helpers to get the job finished, the young helper was a great guy. I don't know his name. Was very friendly. but his other person helping him was an another installer and I have to admit, he was a bit of an asshole. But I didn't let it bother me all in all a very good job and I'm glad we went with them
