Saul is experienced and smart. I needed to replace two irrigation valves on my patios. Saul returned my call within hours and came out to diagnose the problem. His price was good. He had to come back twice to complete the project because of the way my unit is situated in our HOA. It turns out our head gardener was completely wrong about which of the various backflows in the area controlled the water to our unit and patios. Saul came back the second time and figured it out on his own no problem. It was two different backflows. Pretty screwy. So, he came out a total of three times and stuck to his price despite the project being more complicated and time consuming than expected. Saul even had to fix wiring in our side yard where the HOA gardeners recently put in new plants and cut the wires running between our Timer on the back patio and and the front patio valve. Saul was always on time, polite, pleasant, neatly dressed and respectful. He always walked the outside route between patios and he cleaned up the areas nicely after the project was completed. So, I had a leak from the water main outside my home. I tried a plumber who said he couldn't do outside the house. Getting concerned about the worsening leak I looked though tons of irrigation companies and found Saul. He was super prompt and return my message in minutes. He said he would be able to get out the same day later that afternoon. He arrived ten minutes early and immediately went to work. Great service from Saul!!! I've had my home in Palm Springs for 5+ years and my plastic irrigation valves always seem to leak. I even had some flooding in my bedroom over 2 years ago from the water pooling up against the side of my home. I had a different irrigation company come out at that time to replace the valves and they told me new plastic ones would fix the problem. Within a couple months the same thing happened. I called Saul and he convinced me that high quality brass valves would fix the problem and prevent it from happening again...at least for 20+ years or more. I love the new valves, they don't leak even a drop. No more soggy soil and weeds growing anymore around the valves. Saul does excellent work, was able to come out within a day and got the work done...very professional.
