Amit came out to assess a valve leak and let us know there was a smaller secondary leak where the main pipe came in. He pointed out the clear signs of that leak so we decided to have them both fixed as the last thing a homeowner wants is any sorty of leak. And it wasn't just an upsell as the signs were clear we needed to remediate the entire area and it's not worth the risk to cut cormers. Amit was very responsive and came back the next day to perform the work. The billing an invoice is rather informal where they tell you the cost and then that's what you pay. No formal contracts or docusigns which is nice. The pipe looks so much better and it's nice to know we now have a stable system that won't cause literal downstream issues later. We called and set up an appointment, they came out right on time and evaluated our system and gave us an estimate. We scheduled the work ( a pretty large job in a big yard ) and they showed up exactly on time with a great crew, they put down plastic to separate the dirt from our expensive DG (Decomposed Granite ) top layer.
