I was amazed that FDD was able , in very short order, to come to the house, do measurements, demo the old cabinets, and install new cabinets all in less than a month . The only reason I took away one star is that we were under the impression that the layout of the replacement cabinets would be identical to the existing, and they were not. We asked FDD to remedy this situation , and they declined. Overall, I do recommend them and would use them again, but I would make absolutely clear what I was buying and what would be delivered.

Waiting 5 plus weeks for a repair of a defective installation and then to be told to be available for 5 hours on that day only to be told, "We need to reschedule you", at the 3 1/2 hour mark an after an unreturned call/voicemail and my second call about a better approximately repair time!!! Everything she picked was beautiful and excellent quality. All items were delivered within a week and ready for us to pick up.
