The movers they sent were also frequently on their phones and I'm pretty sure one smoked a vape in my bathroom when they arrived. They also over billed me by an additional hour, which they said they would refund along with the difference adjusting for the correct rate but a week later there is no refund and I am getting no response from their local team.

I had a simple move of a ton of stuff, with the complication of both houses closing escrow the same…read moreday. Jeff and his crew (Roy, Matthew & Aidan) came up with a solution for me that was very workable. They came out 2 days before the move and completely loaded up a U-Haul. They came back 2 days later with their truck and loaded up the balance of my property, moved both trucks to my new location and unloaded both. These guys worked like dogs, but very efficient and friendly dogs! They were extremely careful with my stuff, and the only thing that got broken was a piece that I transported myself. I should have let them do it. They came in under what their original time / cost estimate was. I had a move planned I originally hired them for but then I had problems with my lease where I then had to move back to my old address. Tim and his staff were very gracious in being able to help me twice in essentially the same week for both moves I had, going to and from the same locations. I appreciate him and his company for their help and I plan on reaching out if I ever end up having another domestic move here in the future! As a side note, he charges/quotes based on the furniture you have over hours of service. I found this to be cheaper than other companies out there (especially if you just have one room of furniture like I did) so he's really nice for smaller moves like mine and I recommend him as well because of this. He even helped my mom take an old TV stand to consignment for us which was very much an appreciated favor of his company with the original job and furniture that I had with him.
