He will trap you into money that you will not owe because he does not do the service he promises and will harass you and intimidate you and your family. Please look for anybody else!!****. I hired B Line Movers for my city to city move and it was a great experience from start to finish. I was able to speak to someone immediately to get all of my questions answered about reservations and fees. The booking process and security deposit was easy. This company is just the gift that keeps on giving. My husband pulled out his $10,000 bike (first time since they moved us) and multiple teeth on the chainring are bent. He had to replace the part at a cost of $84 and then take the bike to a shop to replace it for another $100 for labor. I didn't reach out to him because of the vile response I got from him when originally telling him about the previous damage. He will deny, deflect, gaslight and verbally abuse you all for just posting your honest review. All the hallmarks of a narcissist. I can't impress upon people enough how unethical this company is. I regret using them and tell everyone who asks how my move went how horrific it was to deal with them. Hope you pay attention to the way they treat customers when they're unhappy. So happy we went with B Line Movers for our move! We moved from a second floor apartment to a house, and Bobby and his crew took a lot of stress off this move for us. His guys were polite, quick, and handled our items with care! They boxed our large TV, bagged out mattresses, and added extra protection to our dressers. We even had a few things that needed to go in the dumpster and they took care of that for us as well. The biggest thing was communication, Bobby was always available in case we had questions or needed details as this was our first time hiring movers. Thrilled with this moving company. Robert was amazing to communicate with. He followed up phone calls and emails. I like that he would confirm all times. The movers that arrived were so respectful and hard working. They apologized for the 3 minute delay in their arrival ! That's attentive customer service. They worked hard and were very careful with our belongings. They worked in the heat and our family thanks them for their dedication. Our cost was "This will be done with three movers for $180/hr, plus a $50 service fee, with a two hour minimum. As long as the parameters of the move do not change, then no other charges will apply." I hate to leave this review, but nothing irks me more than shady business practices. I hired this company to move me into my new home in May. First he offered $115/hr for 3 movers plus a truck with a $60 service charge. Then he calls me to advise it's actually $145 for 3 movers- wow that's a big difference. Ultimately he agreed to move me for $125/hr with the 3 movers. Service was actually decent and the guys were quick. Now I go to offer him more business hoping he'd still honor the price I just paid, and he has increased the price even more! Now 165/hr plus a $65 service Sad to see people taking advantage of others in such a tough time in this world! It's very hard to find solid movers these days. After booking movers thru U-Haul and never receiving a response, I called B Line as a backup. Bobby was so helpful and gave me a fair deal for last minute moving help. They 2 guys who showed up were professional and fun to work with. I hate to write this but I've to write it whats happens. I called thur an interpreter video relay to reach them. They did respond and I explain what we need something to move somehow he interpreted me, asked us how many bedrooms. I told him I'm not sure because it will a few and try to explain what it looks like then he hangs me up. Wow, I'm quite surprised he hang me up because I'm hearing impaired with an interpreter who called him for me. So, Do not trust this business because they do not respect disabled people. I can't imagine how they would treat others like he did to me today recently 5-10 mins ago. Bobby called me back within 10 minutes of my initial voicemail - and gave me an immediate quote which was clear and set all the expectations. His pricing was JUST RIGHT! I was expecting it to be more but he was right where we needed to be and also guaranteed that under no circumstances would the number quoted increase. I requested that in writing and that someone come out to view our house first - he promptly arranged for a meeting in person with his team lead David then they emailed me the same quoted number after the viewing of our home. The day before moving day Bobby called to confirm and asked if we needed any help with last minute packing or last minute supplies! How sweet! On moving day David the team lead, Hawns, Moses, & Alex showed up right on time! They got right to work - and let me tell you... they were an ALL STAR TEAM! I'm high risk pregnant in my 3rd trimester & David made sure from the start that I had a place to sit and rest the entire time. The team was all smiles every time I saw them, perfect gentlemen & so professional! They had already been informed of "specialty/important items" that meant the most to us and they handled them with the utmost of care and caution. They were courteous, friendly, & helpful! I also have a 10 month old who was stuck in his high chair and getting cranky - David made sure to make funny sounds at my baby as he came in and out - my son LOVED HIM & went from crabby to laughing and loving his new buddy! At one point during the move we lost track of an item (clay molds of my sons baby feet) - I asked the team and Hawns assured me he knew where it was and would bring it right to me in perfect condition and that it was safely tucked away in the truck - I had explained that it was irreplaceable and so special to me - as soon as we got to the new house he tracked them down and brought it to me as promised. I was so happy! THANK YOU HAWNS! Moses & Alex were crazy hard workers & also super pleasant! They just didn't stop! We were moving out of Arizona to another state and we searched for the moving companies with the best reviews. We called Bobby at B line movers and he gave us a reasonable price and said he had the best packers to protect our furniture. Well, the move did not go so well. We had 75-80 packing blankets for the move and when they were done liading us, we had about 45 left. Truck was full so I was not able to see how our furniture was wrapped. The furniture that they did wrap was only half wrapped. Then they took chests of drawers and stood them on top of each other with no padding. They didn't strap down our 80" TV and it fell over and broke the base off. $1900 worth of damage to our furniture and about $500 damage to replace a custom TV base and verbiage that this has never happened before and the checks in the mail for all of the damage. Do not trust this company or the owner as he will say anything to get your business. For your own sake, go elsewhere read more

Also, the existing washer and dryer in the new home had to be removed and delivered to another home. They had no issues with this extra request. They protected all my furniture, broke down our beds, and got every garage item I needed. At the new home, they put every box in the right room, setup our beds and furniture correctly. WOW. These movers are AMAZING. Bobby and Brandon called me around 9am and asked if they could come at 10am instead of noon. They showed up at 10am on the dot! Then they both shook my hand, looked me in the eye and listened to what I wanted, and once they understood they hopped to it! They worked for four hours straight and only took a 5 minute break! I came across B Line movers here on Yelp along with others because we were moving from a one story home to another about 7-8 miles. Now why is that a big deal? Because after having 4 other companies come out and give estimates on the cost, Bobby from B line Movers was the only one who didn't quote an 8-hour day for a 7-8 Mile trip. Bobby explained what it would take to move our home (26 foot truck 3 guys) and we all agreed it would take less that 5-6 hours to complete. On Moving Day we had 3 guys showed up, ON TIME! And they quickly began the process of protecting walls, floors, hallways, and anything else that may get damaged during a move, and lets be honest in every move an issue is going to happen be it big or small, I think it is part of "Murphy 's law" you know the saying " anything that can go wrong will go wrong" Now with that being said, it gave me comfort to know that kind of detail to care, to insure they where going to do their best made it clear we made the right choice. Which brings me to my next point, when we left point A to point B the same care was given for our new home. All 3 guys went to straight to work and did an amazing job. They asked me where I would like something placed, and even after I had it placed or decided it needed to be moved again they did it without any kind of upset. I can't tell you how much we appreciated that!! Now remember that "Murphy's law" well right at the end of us having all of our things moved in one of the guys slipped inside the truck, lost his grip, and a piece of furniture was damaged. Happy to report he was not injured. Clint who was the lead on our move apologized, and offered to make it right. It was a simple accident, and Clint came through on his word of making it right. Bobby the owner called us, apologized, and we quickly resolved the issue. In fact Bobby and Clint personally came to or home, and apologized again, even thought he didn't have too. I'm glad they did because I remembered a hutch we had in the garage was stilled plastic wrapped in one of the moving blankets. Bobby, and Clint offered to moved the hutch, for me. The day before my move I received a confirmation of the time and place and the next day I was called when the movers were on their way. They even asked if it would be alright if they were a little early since traffic seemed light. We were only moving within the same complex, but the stairs are really narrow. Bobby and his guys were fantastic! A couple of weeks out, I asked him to come over to look at the house to give me a quote because I have a lot of tools & other equipment. Bobby was very helpful and always in contact with me to let me know what was going on. On the day of the move, and regardless of the heat, Anthony and his team loaded out the house and into the truck with ease. They really did a great job protecting the house and my property. Loading everything into the new house was incredibly fast and organized. We were very impressed with the three young men that came to help my elderly parents move in. They were flexible with the arrival time as we were dealing with the pods delivery. Once they arrived they were polite and ready to move. They were careful to not hit walls. As boxes came in they tried to put them in the best spots for unpacking. They put certain items of furniture together as they could, such as my mom's hutch. They worked consistently and got 2 large pods unloaded in just a few hours. They are well worth hiring. The owner stopped by our place to give a realistic pricing quote on our request. The crew was Super careful with moving stuff. They wrapped every furniture with blanket and cling wrap. We reached out same day for help unloading a moving truck. Received a quote in 10 minutes and they were here to help that day. Robert was responsive and helpful and Dave and Hans who had arrived to help us unload were extremely friendly, hardworking and punctual. These guys did a great job and were very professional, I appreciated that they were able to work me into their schedule on short notice. Despite the fact that they are paid based on how long the move takes, I felt like they moved quickly while still being mindful not to damage my belongings. There were some challenging, larger items that I thought could pose a problem, but these guys didn't even flinch.
