John rushed over because the parts distributor would be closed for the next three days. He wanted to be sure he got to us in time to get any needed parts before the close of business. Without even so much as a blink, Jacob knew EXACTLY what the problem was and fixed the fridge in less than 10 minutes. Turned out that his experience taught him that the particular model of icebox we have is well known for this particular issue (faulty fan).
