She's young, hip, very well-informed, and has a super positive energy. I'm the kind of patient that has a thousand questions and she flew through all of them with me without missing a beat. I have astigmatism in both eyes, and she is the first eye doctor who has ever offered to fit me for contact lenses specifically shaped for astigmatism. You need to make appointments for different things like eye exam or glasses pick up. This assures that we are not waiting for a long time. Everything is carefully streamlined. And the staff folks there are also so kind, professional, personable, and knowledgeable. They spend time with you as much as you need to make sure we are happy with our order, etc. The office is very inviting and there are plenty of options when it comes to frames. I used to go to another optometrist's office where I got minimum examination which took like 10 minutes and they would tell me that my insurance would not cover the lens that I needed (which now I think was a lie after how much I have paid at this clinic). I used to pay over $1,000 for a basic pair of my prescription glasses - not designer's brand. At Charity Eyecare I have spent around $400-$550 for a pair with the best lens that I can get. And they always have good music which is a plus! As you can see, I have been spending a lot of time describing how wonderful my experience has been- and I hope you'll be able to get excellent experiences as I have!
