I am in the store at least once a week. Oh, they have a military discount program. Now, while the staff if helpful, often it's hard to find the staff. It's a big store and they are often busy. No complaints with Ace Appliance...but do check the goods thoroughly before purchase. Don't be naive thinking a used or refurbished appliance is in excellent or new condition.
