However, a few days later some debris/garbage from one of WGH's neighboring jobs ended up in our yard as it was a windy day, and the cleanup wasn't as thorough as it should've been so debris was left in our yard. Not a great situation, but what happened next really stood out. Martín, the owner, responded quickly, took full responsibility, and even came by in person to make sure everything was properly cleaned up. He was thoughtful, professional, and clearly cared about making things right. We appreciated the follow-through. Overall, it left a really positive impression. It's clear they take pride in their work and stand behind it. I'd definitely use them again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend them.

He emailed me back at 11pm to tell me I needed to be available 10am-1pm the next day (a Wednesday) - no apology or acknowledgment of the oversight/inconvenience. Then the technicians came and had no information about invoicing the landlord, so I had to explain the arrangement to them and then email Jaime - and again, no apology or acknowledgment of the oversight/inconvenience. Mistakes happen, but the dismissive nature with which he regarded my time and his own commitments doesn't make me want to recommend this company to others.
