I spent over two hours cleaning up the mess since I had little confidence the cleanup crew would do a good job. This is my first and last time using Biocleaners USA. I was…read morefeeling pretty disheartened with the lack of professionalism and urgency, so I consulted with my favorite advisor (the Internet) and found The Gleam Team here on Yelp. 1. A real human answered the phone the first time I called (I don't really love artificial humans answering calls); 2. Another (separate) human showed up to my house THE SAME DAY (today) to check it out and write me an estimate; 3. Unlike other companies the estimate I received was a beautiful and legible TYPED UP PDF SENT VIA EMAIL - people... do you know how amazing that is? If you could see the handwritten gibberish that I've been left with, you'd understand. 4. Their prices are competitive, and while you're paying a few dollars more (really not much) you're getting a fantastic value from a company that shows up and does what they say they're going to do. The part that really blew me away was when the estimator heard how frustrated I was (with the other companies) and said he wanted to try and get a crew out to my house in 2 days to do the work. When the dispatcher informed him that a crew wasn't available he looked at me and said "don't worry, I'll be here on Saturday and I'll do it myself." I felt bad (who likes working on the weekend?) so I asked if he would at least get a bonus or some kind of compensation for the additional work that's surely above and beyond his normal line of work. THAT'S WHEN HE TOLD ME HE'S THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY. Friends. I couldn't. I still can't. I'm so excited to have found this company. This will be my go-to window cleaning (and pressure washing, and gutter cleaning) vendor from here on out. This is a quality company with quality people at the helm. We made an agreement that we would work with the company to select the color since we were buying the house. We talked to the owner about the flooring and got great promises. The pictures on the website are all without imperfections, but I have been informed that imperfections are allowed for in the contract. Unfortunately the work done on the floors came out with a multitude of big white splotches and scratches and the owner is now saying that the big white scratches are part of the "decorative imperfections" and not terrible scratches where the stain did not take. See the pictures as they do not look like those on the website. I am so disappointed in what we thought would be a beautiful floor. Buyer beware!

We are getting too old to do them and we have many very large windows. He gave us a quote of $225 cash which seemed like a great price. He arrived at 9:30 and finished about 1. He washed all the windows and screens inside and out (with the exception of the inside of our bedroom). They haven't been this clean in years, maybe as long as we've lived here.
