After making two separate efforts to clarify why Precision's price quote was so high and why the Lowest Price Guarantee wasn't being honored, I went with another company. And, I'm really happy that I did. The company that earned my business, was not only comparable, but, in my opinion even superior. Muhammad's response appears to indicate that the companies that gave me price quotes were somehow inferior. Precision has been in business 18 years, and the company I went with has been in business longer. Precision's price quote was much higher than the competition and was for a Cadillac or Volvo sedan, not the beautiful new black SUV that picked up my girlfriend. Lastly, the professional chauffer that was our driver, was impeccably dressed in a black suit and tie. Our driver had over 30 years experience as a licensed, professional chauffer. This gentleman even showed up 25 minutes early! What an incredible experience! Muhammad, I truly appreciate your response and your generous offer. The purpose of this updated review was to clarify that the company that we went with, was not inferior in any way. For some reason, you referenced Uber or a taxi service in your response. The second time I ordered a orchid for my colleague after hearing her brother passed away. Chardonnay, the owner, threw in an extra orchid after hearing it was for bereavement. She's so sweet and super knowledgeable. If you're unsure about what to order, give her a call and she'll help you find your perfect plant baby/babies. One thing to note is that some plants come potted in a nice ceramic container (usually larger ones and the orchid) and some come in a small plastic containers you'll have to repot yourself fairly soon. I'd get in touch with her to confirm what exactly you're ordering. She can also repot for you for a fee. Anyways she's great and I can't wait to order more plants from her!
