She knew which dress I loved but was worried to say it cause it was a bit different. Man did she me like a book and I'm soooo glad she did. It gave me the courage to say yes to the different dress! Lydia gave us good customer service, but she was not available the morning we were scheduled and we were assigned Burgan. Burgan was very professional and a big help in selecting the finishes and fitting. We enjoyed working with Burgan, and placed the order. We have ordered several custom suits from different companies. We really appreciate the vast selection of high quality fabrics and professionalism of the staff at Enzo. They have custom suits available as low as about $600 but on average the suits run about $1,200 and up. The suits are well worth the splurge. The aesthetic of the location is sleek and modern. The experience feels elevated and is what you want when you're spending over a thousand dollars for a suit. Note to management it would be appreciated if clients are consistently offered water or a beverage during every visit. I highly recommend this location. We are looking forward to receiving the new suit. I will update this review once we go through the final fitting. TIP: There is a $100 referral discount which is a nice incentive to spread the word.

Although they do same service without extra charges, I came to Tony a month ahead of a formal wedding. Going on a Friday afternoon, there was no wait. Although he was unable to place the order for delivery aligned with my move-in date, he took the extra step to locate the same mattress at a Chicago store and coordinated with Orlando to ensure I could still complete the purchase. I want to specifically recognize that despite not receiving credit for the sale after investing considerable time, James remained fully committed to ensuring I had a successful outcome. I purchased two pairs of jeans in different sizes so I could try them on at home, and I applied a $50 gift card to the order. When I returned the pair that didn't fit, Macy's refunded the gift card first and only then refunded the remaining balance to my Macy's card. Because of this, the gift card could no longer be applied to the pair I kept, and I ended up being charged full price on my card. The only reason I bought these expensive jeans in the first place was because I had a gift card to use. This policy makes no sense and feels completely unfair. The manager was not helpful at all. She kept repeating that "the system doesn't allow" any changes to how returns are processed. I would have returned the pair I kept based on this experience alone, but I had already removed the tag. Macy's, your return system protects the gift card--not the customer. You need to do better if you want to keep loyal customers happy.
